Abstract The (electro)chemical reactions between Li 1.3 Al 0.3 Ti 1.7 (PO 4 ) 3 (LATP) solid‐state electrolyte and lithium metal plague the practical applications of LATP. A commonly used strategy to tackle this issue is construct an ionic conductor layer stabilize Li/LATP interface. Herein, it demonstrated that electronic interlayer (Al or Ag) can also greatly enhance interfacial stability Li/LATP. To unveil origin enhanced stability, a series techniques, including in situ electron optical...

NMR spectroscopy is a commonly used technique for metabolite analyses. Due to the observed macroscopic magnetic susceptibility in biological tissues, current acquisitions measurements of tissues are generally performed on tissue extracts using liquid or magic-angle spinning techniques. In this study, we propose an method achieve high-resolution J-resolved information analyses directly from intact samples. A dramatic improvement spectral resolution evident our contrastive demonstrations...

A scheme via spatially encoded intermolecular zero-quantum coherences was proposed for high-resolution 2D J-resolved spectra in inhomogeneous fields with high acquisition efficiency. Compared to a recent paper (Pelupessy et al. Science, 2009, 324, 1693–1697), the novel method can obtain chemical shifts and J multiplicity patterns directly.

NMR spectroscopy is a commonly used analytical technique in practical applications, and its applicability further promoted by pure chemical shift techniques based on spectral simplification for analyses. Unfortunately, magnetic field inhomogeneity caused adverse experimental conditions remains an obstacle restricting applications. In this study, we introduce new method high-resolution proton (1H) measurements inhomogeneous fields. We demonstrate that the allows one to perform analyses...

Mutations within the ELANE gene, which encodes human neutrophil elastase, are most common genetic causes of severe congenital neutropenia (SCN). No cases SCN have been previously described from a Chinese population. Herein, we describe clinical, hematologic and molecular characteristics 7 with novel mutations.Seven pediatric patients (4 males 3 females) suspected were enrolled in this study. Clinical data, peripheral blood, bone marrow immune function evaluated for SCN. genomic DNA cDNA...

Speeding up the acquisition of multidimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra is an important topic in contemporary NMR, with central roles high-throughput investigations and analyses marginally stable samples. A variety fast NMR techniques have been developed, including methods based on non-uniform sampling Hadamard encoding, that overcome long times inherent to schemes fast-Fourier-transform (FFT) methods. Here, we explore potential alternative method leverages a priori...

A half-century quest for higher magnetic fields has been an integral part of the progress undergone in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) study materials’ structure and dynamics. Because 2D NMR relies on systematic changes coherences’ phases as a function encoding time varied over series independent experiments, it generally cannot be applied temporally unstable fields. This precludes most methods from being used to characterize samples situated hybrid or resistive magnets that are capable...
