The recent demonstration of topological states in antiferromagnets (AFMs) provides an exciting platform for exploring prominent physical phenomena and applications antiferromagnetic spintronics. A famous example is the AFM insulator (TI) state, which, however, was still not observed two dimensions. Using a tight-binding model first-principles calculations, we show that, contrast to previously insulators three dimensions, TI can emerge dimensions as result nonsymmorphic symmetry that combines...
Inspired by scaling laws and large language models, research on large-scale recommendation models has gained significant attention. Recent advancements have shown that expanding sequential to can be an effective strategy. Current state-of-the-art primarily use self-attention mechanisms for explicit feature interactions among items, while implicit are managed through Feed-Forward Networks (FFNs). However, these often inadequately integrate temporal positional information, either adding them...
Abstract The cell elimination strategy based on reactive oxygen species (ROS) is a promising method for tumor therapy. However, its efficacy significantly limited by ROS deficiency caused H 2 O substrate and up‐regulation of cellular antioxidant defense induced high glutathione (GSH) content in cells. To overcome these obstacles, multifunctional self‐cascaded nanocomposite: glucose oxidase (GOX) loaded NaYF 4 :Yb/Er@Mn 3 (UC@Mn , labeled as UCMn) constructed. Only microenvironment, it can be...
Merging the fields of topology and magnetism expands scope fundamental quantum phenomena with novel functionalities for topological spintronics enormously. Here, we theoretically demonstrate that ferromagnetism provides an efficient means to achieve a switching between crystalline higher-order insulator phases in two dimensions. Using tight-binding model first-principles calculations, identify layered NpSb as long-awaited two-dimensional intrinsic ferromagnetic order band gap which is large...
The silt-based foamed concrete, in which the cement is partially replaced with silt, has become a novel material road construction projects. However, at present time, only few studies have been completed attention was paid shear strength of aforementioned type subgrade applications. Therefore, order to address those issues, this research investigation conducted triaxial tests. During experimental testing processes, mechanical behaviors concrete specimens were examined. Such influencing...
Exploring novel two-dimensional multifunctional materials with distinguished properties lies at the core of innovation. Here, we identify a hitherto-neglected single-layer PtI2, which can readily be exfoliated from its bulk experimentally, appealing through first-principles calculations. Single-layer PtI2 is an indirect-gap semiconductor band gap 2.56 eV, and extremely robust against external strain. We find that it promising photocatalyst, exhibiting outstanding catalytic performances...
Hepatocellular carcinomas are an aggressive malignancy mainly due to metastasis or postsurgical recurrence. Expression of E-cadherin is strongly reduced in carcinoma (HCC) tissues, and its downregulation connected invasiveness hepatocellular carcinomas. The previous study showed that the supernatant from activated macrophages can downregulate expression HCC cells. partial known molecular mechanism tyrosine kinases c-Src- EGFR phosphorylate β-catenin leading destabilization...
Carbonizing by stir-frying (CSF) is the most common technology in botanical folk medicines to enhance convergence, hemostasis, and antidiarrheal effects. Sanguisorbae Radix (SR), a well-known herbal medicine China, has extensive therapeutic functions, while charred SR known as an additional product obtained from after CSF. In this study, mass spectrometry was used investigate effect of charring on tannins transformation SR. The findings showed that content level decreased significantly...
Coexistent optical parametric oscillation (OPO) and stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) are demonstrated in an X-cut KTiOAsO(4) (KTA) crystal. The 30-mm-long KTA crystal is placed within a diode-end-pumped acousto-optically (AO) Q-switched Nd:YAG laser cavity to construct intracavity oscillator. conversion of the fundamental wave observed from With diode power 7.43 W pulse repetition rate (PRR) 20 kHz, signal (1535.0 nm) 0.92 obtained, corresponding diode-tosignal efficiency 12.4%. A...
A similarity criterion suitable for studying the vibration characteristics of converter transformers is proposed based on comprehensive consideration geometric dimensions, electric field, magnetic force sound and coupling field interface interactions. By comparing stress, displacement, distribution, scale model transformer with initial model, reliability was determined. Based transformer, a prototype proportional designed manufactured, signals under no-load load conditions were tested. These...
Introduction Acute chest pain represents a major healthcare burden in emergency departments (ED) throughout the world. Among these patients, rapidly determining whether an acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is evolving remains difficult. In China, there are limited data correlating baseline characteristics, evaluation and management of ED patients with ACS-related symptoms clinical outcomes. Nor has been outcomes at different levels hospitals. The Evaluation Management Patients ChesT China...
Antiferromagnetic topological insulator (AFM TI) provides an important platform to explore prominent physical phenomena and innovative design of spintronics devices, but very few high-quality candidate materials are known especially in two dimensions with intrinsic magnetism. Here, we propose two-dimensional (2D) AFM present a strain-engineered phase transition that realizes the 2D TI EuCd2Sb2 in-plane magnetization. On basis first-principles calculations, bandgaps quintuple layers (QLs)...
The quantum anomalous Hall (QAH) effect is a fascinating phenomenon characterized by nonzero Chern number defined in the bulk and chiral edge states boundary. Up to now, only one magnetically doped topological insulator, suffering from small band gap, confirmed host QAH experimentally. Here, through first-principles calculations, we propose novel insulator single-layer (SL) CrP2S6. nontrivial topology SL CrP2S6, identified with (C = −1) states, harbors gap of 53 meV. Meanwhile, using Monte...
