We present an optically transparent, flexible, and polarization-independent broadband microwave absorber. It is designed to possess two spectrally overlapped resonances of a bow-tie array, which originates from the fundamental resonance mode coupling between neighboring units. An Al wire gird used construct array induce high ohmic loss broaden bandwidth resonances. As result, combined lead more than 90% total absorption covering wide frequency range 5.8 12.2 GHz. The transparent flexible...
We report unidirectional charge transport in a $\mathrm{NbSe_2}$ noncentrosymmetric superconductor, which is exchange-coupled with $\mathrm{CrPS_4}$ van der Waals layered antiferromagnetic insulator. The $\mathrm{NbSe_2/CrPS_4}$ bilayer device exhibits bias-dependent superconducting critical-current variations of up to $16\%$, the magnetochiral anisotropy reaching $\sim 10^5\mathrm{\ T^{-1}A^{-1}}$. Furthermore, $\mathrm{CrPS_4/NbSe_2/CrPS_4}$ spin-valve structure diode effect $40\%$. also...
We demonstrate the continuous fabrication of large-area flexible metamaterial films via roll-to-roll (R2R) nanoimprint lithography (NIL) technique that can be conducted in an ambient environment at high speed. The plasmonic metal-insulator-metal structure is successfully fabricated by R2R NIL to continuously pattern sub-wavelength scale metal disk array on substrates. patterned disks having varying diameters and sub-micron spacing with few defects lead desired broadband IR filtering...
This paper presents a 28 nm CMOS 10 b SHA-less pipelined/SAR hybrid ADC, designed to enable direct-sampling receiver system. To achieve low power at 5 GS/s, the ADC combines pipelined and SAR quantizers, powered 1.8 V 1 V, respectively. A 2.5 2-way time-interleaved GS/s multiplying digital-to-analog converter (MDAC) is followed by an 8 8-way 625 MHz successive-approximation register (SAR). architecture benefits of both topologies allows significant complexity reduction. The high-speed MDAC...
Abstract In two-dimensional (2D) NbSe 2 crystal, which lacks inversion symmetry, strong spin-orbit coupling aligns the spins of Cooper pairs to orbital valleys, forming Ising (ICPs). The unusual spin texture ICPs can be further modulated by introducing magnetic exchange. Here, we report unconventional supercurrent phase in van der Waals heterostructure Josephson junctions (JJs) that couples across an atomically thin insulator (MI) Cr Ge Te 6 . By constructing a superconducting quantum...
Abstract The epoxy–imidazole resin system is used to form the anisotropic conducting film. latent character of very significant. In this study, imidazole (Im) or 2‐methylimidazole (2MI) was encapsulated for curing use in reaction epoxy resin. Polycaprolactone as a wall material, and solvent evaporation method microcapsule using W/O/W emulsion. shelf life microcapsules studied resin, behavior examined differential scanning calorimeter. times at 150 180°C were estimated an indentation method....
In this study, we report a new method to fabricate wire grid polarizer (WGP) that greatly relaxes the requirement on patterning and etching, can be easily applied produce flexible WGPs. The technique is pattern high aspect ratio narrow linewidth grating by nanoimprint lithography followed two angled aluminum depositions in opposite directions spacing between lines required for visible band WGP. Anisotropic reactive ion etching used remove deposited at top of but leave layer sidewalls,...
In recent years, we have seen the emergence of multi-GS/s medium-to-high-resolution ADCs. Presently, SAR ADCs dominate low-speed applications and time-interleaved SARs are becoming increasingly popular for high-speed [1,2]. However architecture faces two key problems in simultaneously achieving sample rates high resolution: (1) fundamental trade-off comparator noise speed is limiting single-channel SARs, (2) highly introduce complex lane-to-lane mismatches that difficult to calibrate with...
A compact, indium tin oxide-free, color liquid crystal device is demonstrated using a transmission-mode Fabry–Perot cavity filter and graphene. This work points to way utilize these multifunctional structures for ITO-free applications. As service our authors readers, this journal provides supporting information supplied by the authors. The recent emergence of direct sampling in residential broadband satellite and cable receivers has spurred the need for low-power, high-speed (∼5GS/s), mid-resolution (∼10b) A/D converters. Recently, time-interleaved (TI) SARs have been a popular choice medium-speed, ADCs [1-3]. As conversion rate resolution requirements increase, TI-SARs become less attractive terms power efficiency complexity compared to TI-pipelined [4], where critical SNR, THD, TI matching are only required MDACs...
ABSTRACT A polydiacetylene vesicle was used to fabricate glucose sensor, allowing feasible colorimetric detection. The formed by sonication of 10,12‐pentacosadiynoic acid (PCDA). H 2 O the reaction between and oxidase functioned as initiator for polymerization PCDA in presence horseradish peroxidase. solution turned blue after vesicle. Thus, concentration could be detected level that turns blue. ultraviolet absorbance proportional concentration. results this study indicate upto 1 m M can...
A wire grid polarizer (WGP) is fabricated by using a simplified approach with combination of nanoimprint lithography (NIL) and angled metal deposition. The period the imprinted polymer nanograting used in this study 180 nm. WGP formed two consecutive aluminium evaporation processes, essentially halving for (Al) nanograting. shows good optical properties polarized light. More importantly, because slight reduction as compared previous results, viewing angle, which one most important characters...
