최근 데이터셋의 효율적인 구축 방법으로 생성적 적대 신경망(Generative Adversarial Network:GAN) 기법을 활용하는 연구가 다양하게 이루어지고 있다. 이 중 신경망 구조를 기반으로 한 DCGAN(Deep Convolutional Generative Network)을 활용한 데이터 증강 방법에서는 해당 신경망을 학습할 때 환경 및 학습의 수행 경과에 따라서 생성된 영상에서 화질 열화 문제가 발생하는 경우가 있었다. 이러한 영상은 데이터셋으로 활용했을 모델의 정확도가 오히려 떨어지는 결과를 초래할 수 있기에 활용 가치는 매우 떨어진다. 본 논문에서는 DCGAN 학습 과정에서 생성되는 영상 데이터를 딥러닝 기반의 초해상도 생성 알고리즘을 적용하여 문제를 개선하였으며, 기존 단순 보간법을 이용한 개선 방법 대비 약 21% 향상된 개선율을 보였다.

최근 차량 및 항공산업의 발달에 따라 경량화를 통한 연료 소비 배기가스 배출량 감소에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 탄소섬유 복합재(CFRP: carbon fiber reinforced plastics)는 고강도 경량 소재로 항공산업에 활용되고 있으나, 차체 기체 일부에만 적용되고 있는 실정으로, 철강 소재와 CFRP의 체결을 위해 드릴링 가공이 주로 이루어지고 CFRP는 가공 시 가공물 미절삭, 박리현상, 섬유 분리등의 가공결함이 발생하는 난삭재로 이러한 가공결함을 줄이기 위한 가공조건 최적화에 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 CFRP 다구찌 기법(Taguchi method)을 사용하여 절삭력 가공품질에 따른 주요 인자를 분석하고 최적 가공조건을 선정하였다.
