광릉 숲과 국립수목원내 전시원을 중심으로 1998년부터 2008년까지 11년간 총 291회 조사한 나비 조사 자료를 이용하여 나비군집의 종풍부도(종수)를 추정하였다. 선조사법으로 결과 112종 13,333개체의 나비가 관찰되었다. 종수누적곡선의 작성과 종수추정은 EstimatesS 프로그램을 이용하였다. 종수누적곡선은 조사에서도 증가하여 미발견종이 남아 있음을 나타낸 반면, 7개 방법(ACE, ICE, Chao1, Chao2, Jack1, Jack2, Bootstrap)에 의한 종수추정곡선은 조사회수가 240-250회에 도달했을 때 안정된 값에 수렴하였다. 방법에 의해 산정된 광릉의 나비종수는 120종부터 141종 사이였으며, 평균값은 128종이었다. 이에 반해 1958년 이래 보고된 과거조사자료를 취합하여 작성한 종목록은 148종이었는데, 최근의 나비상 변화의 분석결과를 토대로 종수의 타당한 값을 검토하였다. 수목원내 전시원의 종풍부도가 자연림과 인공림 보다 높았고...
굴업도는 면적 <TEX>$1.71\;km^2$</TEX>의 작은 섬이지만 멸종위기종인 왕은점표범나비가 많이 서식하고 있다. 이 연구는 굴업도에서 왕은점표범나비의 서식실태 파악을 위해 2010년에 방형구법, 표시-포획법과 선조사법으로 조사하였다. 조사가 충분하지 않았지만, 유충은 4,467마리 또는 6,700마리, 성충은 약 1,000마리가 서식하는 것으로 추정되었다. 왕은점표범나비는 최우점종으로 전체 나비 개체수의 32%를 차지하였다. 또한 총 28종의 나비가 발견되었고, 중 3종은 미접이었다. 1938년부터 2010년까지 전국의 왕은점표범나비 분포지를 시대별로 비교한 결과 2000년대 이후 급감하였으며, 현재 중북부 지역과 서해 도서지역에 제한적으로 나타났다. 것은 자연상태의 초지가 많으며, 가축의 방목이 적당한 서식처를 제공하기 때문이다. 율무청국장이 고지방식이를 섭취한 흰쥐의 체중 및 체지방, 혈청과 간, 분변의 지질농도 혈당농도 등에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 SD계 수컷 흰쥐를 대상으로 고지방식이(D12492, 45 kcal fat)에 청국장 율무청국장(율무 함량 20%) 분말을 각각 10%, 20%씩 중량비로 첨가하여 5주간BR급여한 결과는 다음과 같다. 체중증가량은 군별 유의성이 없었으나 식이효율은 고지방식이 대조군에 비해 율무청국장 분말 20% 첨가군에서 유의적으로 낮았으며(p＜0.05), 지방조직의 무게는 실험군 간에 유사한 수준을 나타내었다. 배변량 간 조직의 총콜레스테롤과 중성지방 함량은 경향을 나타내었으며, 총콜레스테롤 유의적 차이가 실험식이 첨가 수준에 따라 유사하거나 증가하는 보였다. 혈청 총콜레스테롤, HDL-콜레스테롤 LDL-콜레스테롤 농도는 유의적인 동맥경화지수와 심혈관위험지수는 대조군보다 감소하였다(p＜0.05). 한편, 혈당 없는 것으로 드러났다. 이상에서 식이는 식이효율의 감소,...
