We developed a biotin-streptavidin-based sandwich ELISA for the sensitive and specific detection of Yersinia pestis. 동결건조된 김치분말을 주성분으로 하여 부형제로 glucose, 고춧가루, 식이섬유소 등을 혼합하여 제조된 김치 타블렛 제조용 조성물(KTC)의 항비만 효과를 알아보기 위하여 4주령의 SD계 수컷 흰쥐를 식이에 따라 정상대조군, 고지방식이군, 고지방 KTC 5%와 10% 첨가군의 4군으로 나누어 8주간 사육하고 체중, 피하지방, 혈당, 혈 중 지질농도, 간조직의 지질 농도와 HMG-CoA reductase 활성, 분변으로의 배설능 측정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첨가량이 늘어날수록 흰쥐의 혈중 중성지질, 총콜레스테롤치를 농도 의존적으로 감소시켜 혈액내 지방의 축적을 저해하였고, 복부 피하지방의 양은 5%, 첨가군이 고지방군에 비해 13.6%, 21.3% 감소시켰다(p<0.05). 또한 간과 심장, 고환의 중성지방, 콜레스테롤 농도는 고지방식이군에 감소하였고(p<0.05), 활성 및 혈당 농도를 유의적으로 KTC가 비만을 억제함을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 천마분획물이 본태성고혈압쥐(SHR/NCrj)의 혈압과 혈청지질 농도에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 수행하였다. 실험은 1기와 2기로 나누어 수행하였는데, 실험1기는 3주 동안 흰쥐사료에 유지(lard : corn oil cholesterol=10 2 1%, w/w)를 첨가한 고지방식이를 급여하였고, 실험 2기는 5주 천마분획물로서 저분자분획(GR-1), 다당체분획(GR-2), 단백질분획(GR-3)을 경구투여하였다. 시험종료 체중은 고지방대조군(D)이 천마분획물군(A, B, C)보다 통계적으로 높았고, 식이섭취량은 D군이 천마분획물군보다 많았으며(p<0.05), 식이효율은 차이가 없었다. 중 총콜레스테롤(TC) 농도는 천마분획물군에서는 비슷하였고, 유의하게 높았다(p<0.05). 중성지방(TG) 천마분획물중 A군과 B군이 D군에 비해 각각 16, 19% 낮았다. 고밀도지단백-콜레스테롤(HDL) 다당체분획(B)이 비해서 21% 높았으며(p<0.05), 저밀도...

홍국고구마가 고지방식이를 섭취한 흰쥐의 배변량 및 지질대사 개선에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 SD계 수컷 흰쥐를 대상으로 실험 1기(6주)에 급여하고, 2기(4주)에 3종의 고구마분말(일반, 홍국, 자색)을 5% 첨가한 식이를 급여했을 때, 배변량은 홍국고구마군(RYSP)이 고지방대조군(CON)에 비해 유의하게 증가하였고(p<0.05), 장 통과시간 역시 RYSP군이 가장 짧았다. 분변 중 총콜레스테롤(TC) 함량은 일반고구마군(WFSP)과 높았고(p<0.05), 그중에서도 더 높은 함량을 나타내었으며, 중성지방(TG) 농도는 WFSP군과 PFSP(자색고구마)군에 각각 9%, 26% 높았으나 유의성은 없었다. 반면 1일 총 지질배설량은 TC와 TG 모두 CON군과 PFSP군에 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05). 혈청 TC CON군에 유의적 차이 없이 20% 감소하였고, LDL-C RYSP, PFSP군이 CON군보다 통계적으로 낮았으며(p<0.05), 실험군중 낮았고 이는 유의적인...
