Herein, we present a series of light-triggered porphyrin-based polymeric drug conjugates PSDTD-m for combined chemo-photodynamic therapy cancer. In this study, we report incorporation of a covalent linker at the anomeric position N-azidoacetylmannosamine (ManNAz) for caging its metabolic process. We synthesized DT-diaphorase-responsive precursor, HQ-NN-AAM, using an optimized linker. Yb 3+ /Ho doped hexagonal NaGdF 4 nanocrystals are synthesized through solvothermal method, for which pure phased nanorods presented. The concentration influence of ions on the sample morphology and fluorescence emission Ho is investigated. It found that size changed from 25 nm to 125 upconversion tuned green yellow when increased 5.0 mol% 50.0 mol%. possible mechanism improvement crystallinity carefully suggested cross-relaxation process between promotes red quenches emission.
