Abstract Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a major threat to global health. Understanding the emergence, evolution, and transmission of individual antibiotic genes (ARGs) essential develop sustainable strategies combatting this threat. Here, we use metagenomic sequencing analyse ARGs in 757 sewage samples from 243 cities 101 countries, collected 2016 2019. We find regional patterns resistomes, these differ between subsets corresponding drug classes are partly driven by taxonomic variation....

We present a census of 100 pulsars, the largest below MHz, including 94 normal pulsars and six millisecond with Long Wavelength Array (LWA). Pulse profiles are detected across range frequencies from 26 to 88 new narrow-band facilitating profile evolution studies breaks in pulsar spectra at low frequencies. report mean flux density, spectral index, curvature, low-frequency turnover frequency measurements for 97 61 sources. Multi-frequency widths presented all component spacing 27 two...

Purpose: The attenuation coefficient,μ(E) of substances, at any energy (E) the x-ray photon, is known to depend on electron density (ρe) and effective atomic number (Zeff) material. While dependence ρe be linear, that Zeff found follow a power law (Zeff)x which makes it very sensitive index “x”. Several different values, lying between 3 4 have been suggested for exponent x, in existing literature. purpose present investigations ascertain empirically value should assigned x. Methods: This...

Purpose: Composition of the coronary artery plaque is known to have critical role in heart attack. While calcified can easily be diagnosed by conventional CT, it fails distinguish between fibrous and lipid rich plaques. In present paper, authors discuss experimental techniques obtain a numerical algorithm which electron density ( ρ e ) effective atomic number Z eff obtained from dual energy computed tomography (DECT) data. The idea use this inversion method characterize Methods: For purpose...
