We report on the enhancement of heat transfer a commercial thermal compound after incorporation certain carbon nanomaterials. Carbon nanotubes and nanospheres, characterized by transmission electron microscopy, were diffused in epoxy following precisely developed protocol based sonication. The these fabricated interface materials was tested using setup designed to monitor dissipation cooling system under simulated operating conditions standard electronic components. data recorded every 10...
High-dimensional entanglement with spatial modes of light promises increased security and information capacity over quantum channels. Unfortunately, decays due to perturbations, corrupting links which cannot be repaired without a tomography the channel. Paradoxically, channel itself is not possible working link. Here we overcome this problem robust approach characterising channels by means classical light. Using free-space communication in turbulent atmosphere as an example, show that state...
We analyze the formation of non dispersive solitary waves along propagation dimension a ring semiconductor laser with coherent forcing. measure their phase dynamics and show that they can host topological charge.

The magnetic and electrical properties of two different sets carbon nanospheres (CNSs) synthesised by chemical vapour deposition were investigated, using a state-of-the-art Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS). Scanning electron microscopy imaging the CNSs revealed difference in size with diameters distribution approximately 200-400 nm 400-500 nm. PPMS measurements diameter exhibited diamagnetism at high temperatures clear superparamagnetic behaviour very low (<10 K). However,...
