<title>BACKGROUND</title> A significant number of individuals undergoing Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CCTA) for suspected Artery Disease (CAD) have non-obstructive or no CAD. There is a need clinically proven models that can predict the pre-test probability (PTP) stable CAD and help to identify low-risk individuals. Optimizing patient stratification paramount importance improve diagnostic yield cost-effectiveness.
<title>OBJECTIVE</title> study being carried out...

Background/Objectives: Myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries (MINOCA) is a heterogenous clinical entity which differs in pathophysiology, treatment, and prognosis from myocardial obstructive artery disease (MI-CAD) MINOCA mimickers, such as myocarditis or Takotsubo syndrome. This study aimed to compare the characteristics, imaging findings, management strategies, long-term outcomes of patients true MINOCA, MI-CAD, mimickers. Methods: retrospective cohort included 1596...

Introduction Myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries (MINOCA) occurs in 5%–15% of all patients acute myocardial infarction. Cardiac MR (CMR) and optical coherence tomography have been used to identify the underlying pathophysiological mechanism MINOCA. The role cardiac CT angiography (CCTA) MINOCA, however, has not well studied so far. CCTA can be assess atherosclerotic plaque volume, vulnerable characteristics as pericoronary fat tissue attenuation, which yet Methods...

Hippocampus protection, as an organ at risk in brain radiotherapy, might protect patients' quality of life. Prophylactic cranial irradiation (PCI) has been used traditionally small cell lung cancer (SCLC) patients it increases survival. This study aimed to discover the contributing parameters for a successful PCI with simultaneous protection hippocampus by using three different treatment machines. For this purpose, plans were generated 45 SCLC half-arcs linear accelerators (LINACs; Elekta...

The records of nine female intact dogs with histologically confirmed uterine tumors were reviewed retrospectively, and the related radiographic ultrasonographic signs lesions detected recorded. Radiography revealed a soft-tissue opacity between urinary bladder colon in six seven body and/or cervical tumors, midventral abdomen two horn tumors. Ultrasonography masses all body/cervical could delineate origin mass one was characterized ultrasonographically as solid three (all leiomyomas), cystic...

Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography of the carotids has recently emerged as a complementary examination to conventional carotid Doppler ultrasonography. It is an providing improved visualization vascular lumen, more accurate and detailed delineation wall, identification atherosclerotic plaques. Moreover, contrast-enhanced specific advantages over plays important role in diagnosis vulnerable plaque, it can identify intraplaque neovascularization plaque ulceration. Given imaging provided by this...

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a well-established technique for the diagnosis and treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases. The numerical calculation induced electric field (EF) distribution in brain increases efficacy improves clinical outcomes. However, unique anatomical features, which distinguish each subject, suggest that personalized models should be preferentially used. objective present study was to assess how anatomy affects EF determine what extent are useful studies....

Evidence suggests that the anti-aging protein a-Klotho is a central modulator of mineral homeostasis. Circulating exerts endocrine activity and has been implicated in process vascular calcification, which accelerated patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) portends an unfavorable overall prognosis. However, role this remains unclear. The purpose study was to investigate possible interaction between calcification aortic valve coronary arteries CKD.In we enrolled total 60 adult CKD. Group 1...

Methods: single-centre prospective study was undertaken 72 (mean age 46 ± 16 years; 53% females) frequent premature contractions (PVCs ≥ 500/24 h) and/or non-sustained tachycardia (NSVT), an otherwise normal electrocardiogram,...

It may be associated with systemic and cerebral vasculitis exceptionally ischemic stroke. Brain infarction internal carotid artery thrombus, in setting relapsing polychondritis, has never been reported. We report a case 28-year-old woman presented our Emergency Department complaining about upper abdomen pain. Computed tomography revealed hypodense cystic lesion containing hyperdense material. The size mass was 11. 7 × 9.3 6.6 cm diameter close to pancreas, but origin from left adrenal gland. excised surgical laparotomy....

The patient was treated successfully via an intracranial approach. An enhanced layer-by-layer repair the and skull base deficit achieved from intradurally extradurally, using temporalis fascia, nasal septum cartilage, artificial dural graft. After 22-month follow-up period remains symptom free no recurrence is noted.
