Sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma is an uncommon high-grade malignancy with poor prognosis. We describe 68 Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT findings in a patient small (1.8 cm the maximum diameter) sarcomatoid clear widespread metastatic disease.
