Abstract Although the importance of older consumers to marketers is well documented, there exists a relative paucity U.K.‐based empirical studies into perceptions and values these consumers. A patient with keratoconus suffered two traumatic ruptures of her corneal graft wound, both which were successfully repaired restoration clarity. There also apparently unrelated episodes rejection. The endothelium was monitored by specular microscopy during this period. Our findings suggest that the insult to a transplanted cornea from an episode rejection may be greater than wound rupture.
