Endophytes have been explored and found to perform an important role in plant health. However, their effects on the host physiological function disease management remain elusive. The present study aimed assess potential of endophytes, singly as well combination, Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal, various parameters systemic defense mechanisms against Alternaria alternata Seeds primed with endophytic bacteria Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Pseudomonas fluorescens individually combination demonstrated...

Abstract Monkeypox (MPOX), a zoonotic disease originating in Western and Central Africa 1970, has seen recent surge outbreaks across 100+ countries. A comparative analysis of 404 virus (MPXV) genomes revealed notable changes microsatellite abundance density, especially within Clades I, IIa, IIb. Each clade exhibited unique motifs, with twenty-six conserved loci specific to MPXV, suggesting their potential as molecular markers diagnostics. Additionally, nine genes the MPXV genome featured ten...

Pregnancy requires successful implantation of an embryo, which occurs during a restricted period defined as ‘receptivity the endometrium’ and is influenced by ovarian steroids progesterone oestradiol. The role poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase-1 (PARP1) in apoptosis well established. However, it also involved cell differentiation, proliferation tissue remodelling. Previous studies have described presence PARP uterus, but its exact embryo not yet elucidated. Hence, this study, we studied expression...

Fusarium oxysporum is a ubiquitous species complex of soil-borne plant pathogens comprising many different formae speciales, each characterized by high degree host specificity. In the present investigation, we surveyed microsatellites in available express sequence tags and transcript sequences three speciales F. viz. melonis (Fom), cucumerium (Foc), lycopersici (Fol). The relative abundance density were higher Fom when compared with Foc Fol. Thirty microsatellite primers designed, ten from...

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is characterized by the presence of multiple follicular cysts, giving rise to infertility due anovulation. This affects about 10% women, worldwide. The exact molecular mechanism leading PCOS remains obscure. RhoGTPase has been associated with oogenesis, but its role in unexplored. Therefore, we attempted elucidate Vav-Rac1 signaling mice model. We generated a model injecting dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) for period 20 days. expression levels Rac1, pRac1,...

Members of genus Trichoderma are known worldwide for mycoparasitism. To gain a better insight into the organization and evolution their genomes, we used an in-silico approach to compare occurrence, relative abundance density SSRs in T.atroviride, T. harzianum, reesei, virens. Our analysis revealed that all four genome sequences studied, abundance, microsatellites varied was not influenced by sizes. The positively correlated with G+C content genomes. maximum frequency observed smallest reesei...

Microsatellites (SSRs) are ubiquitously present in fungal genomes but vary greatly across species their abundance. In the study, we analyzed frequency of SSRs whole genome and transcripts two phyto-pathogenic (A. niger A. terreus) compared them with non-pathogenic nidulance oryzae) Aspergilli. Higher relative abundance density were observed transcript sequences pathogenic Aspergillus when to non-pathogenic. The positively correlated G+C content transcripts. Among different classes SSR,...

We used an in silico approach to survey and compare microsatellites transcript sequences of four sequenced members genus Fusarium. G + C content transcripts was found be positively correlated with the frequency SSRs. Our analysis revealed that, all studied, occurrence, relative abundance density varied not influenced by sizes. No correlation between sizes observed. The were highest Fusarium solani when compared F. graminearum, verticillioides oxysporum. maximum SSRs among sequence sets...

The frequency and distribution of microsatellites were analyzed in the 19 mitogenomes phytopathogenic fungi covering five phyla. Our analysis revealed that all studied, relative abundance varied, it was neither influenced by genome size nor GC content. SSRs found to be differential distributed genic intergenic regions. An average 5.14 (23.6%) present sequences 21.7 (76.4%) located sequences. Relative highest Aspergillus tubigensis, whereas, least Phaeosphaeria nodurum, being 0.45....
