Generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) is penetrating in various social sectors, motivating a strong need for teaching AI literacy younger generations. While substantial efforts have been made to teach and use facilitate learning, few studies provided empirical accounts of students' nuanced processes using GenAI learning. In this study, we engaged group high school students leveraging ChatGPT support their knowledge building efforts. Following the teacher's pedagogical design, used range...

In the context of todays society, there is a potential connection between investment father and daughters first time experiencing penetrative sex, so we propose an experiment, questioning how paternal predicts age sexual debut in daughters. Two surveys are designed for mother to report investment, dividing fathers into always present, partially absent, daughter their sex. Since behaviors main approach reproduction, which evolutionary psychology pays lots attention on due its human evolution...

Effective collaborative discourse requires both cognitive and social engagement of students. To investigate complex socio-cognitive dynamics in discourse, this paper proposes to model as a socio-semantic network (SSN) then use motifs – defined recurring, significant subgraphs characterize the hence discourse. demonstrate utility our SSN framework, we applied it sample dataset. While more work needs be done, framework shows promise novel, theoretically informed approach analysis.

The Bayesian transformed Gaussian process (BTG) model, proposed by Kedem and Oliviera, is a fully counterpart to the warped (WGP) marginalizes out joint prior over input warping kernel hyperparameters. This treatment of hyperparameters often provides more accurate regression estimates superior uncertainty propagation, but prohibitively expensive. BTG posterior predictive distribution, itself estimated through high-dimensional integration, must be inverted in order perform model prediction....
