Abstract High rate of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and p16 promoter methylation were found in the majority hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). To investigate potential linkage between high p 16 HBV infection, was detected with methylation‐specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR), markers examined real‐time PCR immunologic method. 5.5% patients B, 9.1% noncancerous liver, 36.6% cirrhotic liver tissue, 70.5% cancerous tissue HCC, primarily (46.7%) (90.6%) infection. In could only be...

We investigated the hypermethylation status in serum of sporadic breast cancer patients. Material and Methods: The BRCA1, p16 14-3-3s cancerous tissues paired 38 patients was examined by methylation-specific PCR (MSP) assay. Normal benign tissue control DNA were also to determine specificity hypermethylation. Results: Hypermethylation 1 or more genes found 36/38 (95%) cancers. BRCA1 hypermethylated 14/38 (37%), 13/38 (34%), 14- 3-3s 33/38 (87%) tissues. 71% corresponding positive for...

This symposium brings together scholars from the international Knowledge Building community to advance an emerging line of research that aims strengthen infrastructures for and tell "untold stories" infrastructuring activities are key implementing sustaining in various contexts.Infrastructuring as a practice design-based (Penuel, 2019) moves away static views infrastructure acknowledges hidden processes (re)designing infrastructures. For innovations like Building, illuminating process would...

Transactivity in discourse is key to successful learning. In this study, we propose a new temporal network analysis visualize and calculate how small groups of learners engage transactive discourse. Our identified three leadership patterns discourse: collective, rotating, fixed.Further interaction revealed critical differences the division labor between fixed rotating group.
