Soil salinization adversely affects sustainability and productivity of cultivable land by altering seed germination, growth physio-biochemical attributes consequently limiting agricultural output. To sustain crop productivity, therefore, the need to comprehend plant tolerance mechanism becomes imperative. Enhancement stress resilience can be achieved through several methods but here, we delineate a novel cost-effective ecofriendly technique known as priming, which involves pre-germinative...
Abstract The effect of arsenate with or without phosphate on the growth and metabolism in rice seedlings cv. MTU1010 was studied. In test, arsenic more toxic for root growth, than shoot where hairs were fewer short, roots characteristically stubby, brittle tips gradually turned brown. Arsenic caused damage to epidermal cells aerenchymatous cortex. level total chlorophyll, chlorophyll-a, chlorophyll-b fluorescence intensity decreased treated seedlings. toxicity affected activities different...

Drivers of Spitz neoplasms include activating point mutations in HRAS and Spitz-associated genomic fusions. It has become evident that some BRAF -mutated melanocytic can morphologically mimic tumors (STs). These have been termed mutated spitzoid (BAMS). In this study, 17 experts from the International Melanoma Pathology Study Group assessed 54 cases which included 40 BAMS 14 true STs. The participants reviewed blinded to data selected among several diagnostic options, including BAMS, ST,...
This case report describes a 71-year-old man with nodular amyloidosis (NA), rare form of primary localised cutaneous amyloidosis, presenting painful nodules on the toes. Histopathology confirmed NA, and extensive evaluation excluded systemic amyloidosis. highlights importance distinguishing NA from due to its poor prognosis.
Study Design. Network meta-analysis. Objectives. To determine lowest instrumented vertebra (LIV) in Lenke 5 & 6 Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS) patients. Methods. An extensive literature search was carried out aimed at identifying articles reporting outcomes and AIS patients based on LIV selection. Apart from the study characteristics demographic details, extracted data included lumbar thoracic curve correction, angle (LIVA) disc (LIVD) translation correction (LIVT), OT time, blood...
