Purpose Drawing on self-determination theory, this study explored how leader humility affected employees' proactive behavior through satisfying their psychological needs for autonomy, competence and relatedness. Furthermore, based a contingency view, paper suggested Chinese traditionality as significant boundary condition the effects of humility. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 465 employees 111 direct supervisors in China using three-wave, two-source design....

We developed and tested a theoretical model to examine how when inclusive leadership affected collective voice behavior in this study. identified two voice-relevant mediators—group psychological safety (an emergent state) information elaboration (a group process) clarify the mechanisms between behavior. Further, according person–situation interaction approach, we brought faultlines theory literature considered as positive moderator maximize effects of leadership. With two-wave, two-source...

We investigated the mechanism of hysteresis and uncontrolled deflection in jet vectoring control based on Coanda effect. Thrust effect is highly applicable field fluid dynamics because they can achieve with a simple geometric structure low energy consumption. However, phenomena considerably hinder practical application these technologies. designed new passive fluidic thrust model to analyze disadvantages. developed synchronous pressure, force, flow measurement system investigate evolutions...

Purpose Despite the relatively long research continuum on IT capability and performance, “IT capability-performance” link has remained hazy especially related to mediating role of IT-based communication networking overall. Therefore, this study investigates how affects Internet interactive practice it further marketing effectiveness firm success. Design/methodology/approach The authors collected survey data from 504 manufacturers in China, structural equation modeling is used test...

This study investigates the relationship and genetic mechanisms of liver heart diseases, focusing on liver-heart axis (LHA) as a fundamental biological basis. Through genome-wide association analysis, we explore shared genes pathways related to LHA. Shared factors are found in 8 out 20 pairs, indicating correlations. The analysis reveals 53 loci with pleiotropic effects, including exhibiting causality across multiple traits. Based SNP-p level tissue-specific multi-marker genomic annotation...

Researchers and practitioners regard information technology as a competitive tool. However, current knowledge on IT capability mechanisms that affect firm performance remains unclear. Based the RBV theory, this article proposed model to investigate how affects (i.e., cooperative efficiency effectiveness) through internet interactive strategies (operationalized IOS-enabled strategy SM-enabled strategy). Analyzing data collected from manufacturers, we find (1) has positive effect strategies,...

Recent studies suggest that the multiple dimensions of contract governance and its context moderators deserve more empirical scrutiny. By distinguishing between task tie related interaction enabled by social media, this study explores fit two distinctive interactions multifunction contracts, modeled as an effect. Abstract Purpose: Anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC) is the most aggressive form of cancers and it rapidly fatal without any effective therapeutic regimens. There are some clinical trials showing that paclitaxel-based chemotherapy for ATC can achieve a relatively high response rate low incidence adverse reaction. The aim this study was to evaluate potential activity novel taxoids in cells. Methods: We evaluated antitumor five 3’-difluorovinyltaxoids (DFV-taxoids) anaplastic cells by series...
