We herein report a case of immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy (IMNM) in patient with microscopic polyangiitis (MPA). A 77-year-old Japanese woman presented 2-day history proximal muscle weakness and myalgia, elevated serum creatinine kinase (CK) levels.
