Summary The hydrogen storage properties of zinc ferrite spinel (ZnFe 2 O 4 ) alloy were studied, in this work. This alloy, formed applying the sol‐gel technique, was employed as anode Ni‐MH accumulators. X‐ray diffractogram analysis showed appearance compound with cubic structure. In fact, crystallite size, specified by TEM equal to 30 nm. examined various electromechanical methods (chronopotentiometry, cyclic voltammetry, and chronoamperometry) at C/10 rate room temperature. maximum...
The objective of the present work is study Ni concentration effect on optical, structural and electrical properties ZnO:Ni thin films deposited by pneumatic spray pyrolysis method. Un-doped Ni-doped ZnO were prepared from zinc acetate dihydrate nickel chloride hexahydrate dissolved in distilled water onto glass substrates Solution concentration, substrate temperature nozzle-substrate distance kept constant during all deposition processes. Effect content as-prepared obtained was investigated...

In this work, structural, electrical properties of Li doped ZnO thin films, by chemical pulverization grown on glass substrates at different doping concentrations, were reported. Besides, The effects lithium structural ZnO: films studied means XRD technique. This study demonstrated that all prepared consisted unique phase and well crystallized in wurtzite structure with the preferentially orientation (002) direction parallel to c-axis. obtained results showed these have polycrystalline...
In this study, the preparation of zinc sulfide thin film by a substitution oxygen-sulfur inside sprayed ZnO compounds are investigated. First, spray pyrolysis method has been used to grow layers on glass substrates at 450 °C. The annealing process time was 12 hours. After suitable cooling phase, whole substrate-layer introduced into sealed tube. Consecutively, sulfur powder and vaporized under vacuum conditions tube containing formerly prepared film. structural properties samples were...
Upon absorbing a photon, the ionized electron sails through target force field in attoseconds to reach free space. This navigation probes details of potential landscape that get imprinted into phase ionization amplitude. The Eisenbud-Wigner-Smith (EWS) time delay, energy derivative this phase, provides relative electron's ``free'' exit. is influenced by diffraction from landscape, offering structural and dynamical information about interactions. If has an intrinsic symmetry, regular pattern...
In this work, structural, morphological and mechanical properties of Li doped ZnO thin films, grown on glass substrates using a chemical spray technique at different doping concentrations, were investigated. Besides, The structural ZnO: films characterized by means X-ray diffraction. This analysis demonstrated that all consisted single phase well crystallized in wurtzite with the crystallites preferentially oriented towards (002) direction parallel to c-axis. Also we note lithium improve...
Abstract In this article, we examine the effects of Sm substitution by Zn on structures and electrochemical characteristics x 1− Fe 2 O 4 alloys prepared sol–gel technique. The structural properties electrodes are studied X‐ray diffraction scanning electron microscope (SEM). these alloy well influenced rate. SEM images powder all samples ( = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6) shows presence agglomerates in particles. Moreover, EDX investigation demonstrates that chemical theoretical compositions almost same....
