The objective of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacies open versus endoscopic surgery in treatment congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) and investigate feasibility safety as an alternative these cases.A retrospective analysis was performed from June 2002 February 2014. A total 59 cases were attempted. neonates divided into either or group. pre-, intra- post-operative data on analysed, surgery-related complications, survival rates recurrence compared between two...

It is argued that orbital electron-capture decays of neutral $^{142}$Pm atoms implanted into the lattice a solid (LBNL experiment) do not fulfil constraints true two-body beta decays, since momentum as well energy final state are distributed among three objects, namely electron neutrino, recoiling daughter atom and phonons. To our understanding, this could be reason for non-observation periodic time modulation in number atoms.

Two shape-persistent arylene ethynylene macrocycles have been designed and synthesized as scaffolds to bind the nonpolar molecule 1,4-diiodobutadiyne. Binding via halogen bonding interactions between pyridine moieties of macrocycle 1,4-diiodobutadiyne is predicted by density functional theory calculations has demonstrated in solution 13C NMR titrations. The binding constant for macrocycle-monomer complex (K = 10.5 L mol–1) much larger than other comparable bonds, strongly supporting...

Abstract In the production of biological therapeutics such as monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), ultrafiltration and diafiltration (UF/DF) are widely regarded effective downstream processing steps capable removing process equipment related leachables (PERLs) introduced upstream UF/DF step. However, clearance data available in literature limited to species with low partition coefficients (log P ) buffer ions, hydrophilic organic compounds, some metal ions. Additional for a wide range PERLs...
