In this work, the impact of Ti electrodes on electrical behaviour HfO 2 -based RRAM devices is conclusively clarified. To aim, with Pt, TiN and have been fabricated (see Fig. 1). We first provide several experiments to clearly demonstrate that switching driven by creation-disruption a conductive filament. Thus, role TiN/Ti explained modeled based presence...
Abstract Quantum dot light‐emitting diodes (QLEDs) represent an exciting new technology that has many desirable attributes when compared to existing organic LEDs (OLEDs) including increased brightness, contrast, and response time. Solution‐based fabrication approaches have the advantage of being able produce large‐area electronic systems at reduced costs critical in applications such as large display electronics on curved surfaces low‐profile augmented reality glasses. In this paper, for...
In this paper, we propose a scalable approach toward all-printed high-performance metal oxide thin-film transistors (TFTs), using high-resolution electrohydrodynamic (EHD) printing process. Direct EHD micropatterning of TFTs is based on diverse precursor solutions to form semiconducting materials (In2O3, In-Ga-ZnO (IGZO)), conductive (Sn-doped In2O3 (ITO)), as well aluminum (Al2O3) gate dielectric at low temperatures. The fully printed TFT devices exhibit excellent electron transport...
Roof cutting by dense drilling is one of the main methods gob-side entry retaining. Taking 203 working face Ruineng Coal Mine as engineering background, a mechanical model established to clarify roof breaking mechanism. Numerical simulation conducted analyze effects different parameters, and reasonable parameters are identified. The results show that: ① increase in height beneficial cutting, but excessive will cause stress concentration ‘key structure’ on side coal pillar. ② It difficult cut...
This paper reviews the progress of vertical top-down nanowire technology platform developed to explore novel device architectures and integration schemes for green electronics clean energy applications. Under domain, besides having ultimate scaling potential, wire offers (1) CMOS circuits with much smaller foot print as compared planar transistor at same node, (2) a natural tunneling FETs, (3) route fabricate stacked nonvolatile memory cells. harvesting area, wires could provide cost...
Abstract Solution‐processed microelectronics offer advantages, including cost‐effectiveness, higher energy efficiency, and compatibility with rapid prototyping compared to their counterparts fabricated through traditional semiconductor manufacturing processes. Unfortunately, solution‐processed transistors exhibit wide performance variability low yield. In this work, a transparent indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) thin film transistor temperature‐annealed hafnium dielectric layer is described....
Close-hole roof-cutting technology (CHRCT, also called “dense drilling”) has been widely applied in coal mines due to its economic and safety benefits. Inappropriate cutting parameters support schemes can lead dynamic pressure disturbances self-forming roadways with thick hard roofs. Moreover, fully characterizing the procedure process of using CHRCT field is difficult, resulting unconvincing results. Therefore, this study aims fill gaps theoretical knowledge methodology. First,...
Artificial neural networks (ANN), deep learning, and neuromorphic systems are exciting new processing architectures being used to implement a wide variety of intelligent adaptive systems. To date, these have been primarily realized using traditional complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) processes or otherwise conventional semiconductor fabrication processes. Thus, the high cost associated with design circuits has limited broader scientific community from applying ideas, arguably,...
The calcined Mg–Fe layered double hydroxides (Mg–Fe–CLDHs) with the molar ratio of 3 were used as adsorbents to remove sulfate in natural water. Mg–Fe–CLDHs synthesized by co-precipitation method. influences initial adsorbent concentration, temperature, and pH on adsorption evaluated. Three kinetic models two isotherms fit experimental data, it was found that pseudo-second order kinetics model Langmuir isotherm could be describe uptake process appropriately. Characteristics mechanism...
Abstract The effects of ion motion on the generation short-cycle relativistic laser pulses during radiation pressure acceleration are investigated by analytical modeling and particle-in-cell simulations. Studies show that rear part transmitted pulse modulated is sharper compared with case electron shutter only. In this study, ions further modulate transmitted. A 3.9 fs an intensity $1.33\times 10^{21}\ {\rm W}\ cm}^{-2}$ generated properly controlling motions in source proposed can be...
Abstract The hippocampus is a complex structure that has major role in learning and memory. It also integrates information from multisensory modalities, supporting comprehensive cognitive map for both spatial non-spatial information. Previous studies have been limited to real-time decoding, typically using electrodes. However, decoding hippocampal real time not previously described. Here, we constructed optical decoder driven by the calcium activity of large neuronal ensembles decode...
We propose the inkjet printing of new thin-film transistors (TFTs) based upon a sodium alginate (NaAlg) electrolyte-gate and In2O3 nanoparticle ink in which electrodes channels were formed by laser ablation. Laser ablation improved conductive channel resolution leading to smaller length through low-temperature processing steps. The NaAlg electrolyte thickness independent gate dielectric allow for an in-plane design resulting relaxed manufacturing tolerance requirements reduced steps/time....
Abstract Hydraulic fracturing is an important method to improve the oil and gas production in low ultra-low permeability reservoirs. A remarkable progress has been made technology materials. However, existing conventional hydraulic faces problems, such as reservoir damage, equipment abrasion, effective propped area, early screen-out. Therefore, a novel self-propped fluid (SPFF) was proposed, which remains liquid-phase before entering fracture, forms solid proppant particles when stimulated...
Abstract Antennas that can operate across multiple communication standards have remained a challenge. To address these limitations, we propose Field-Programmable Radio Frequency Surface (FPRFS), which is based on manipulating current flow its surface to achieve desirable RF characteristics. In this work, demonstrate substantial enhancements in radiation efficiency be achieved while preserving the high reconfigurability of antenna structures implemented FPRFS. This accomplished by utilizing...
