目的: 探讨儿童低度恶性纤维黏液样肉瘤(low grade fibromyxiod sarcoma,LGFMS)的临床病理特征。 方法: 收集2010年1月至2019年1月复旦大学附属儿科医院4例LGFMS,观察其临床、影像学、组织学、免疫组织化学、分子遗传学及预后特征。 结果: LGFMS男女患者各2例,发病年龄3~13岁(平均年龄9岁);临床表现为缓慢生长的无痛性肿块;典型的形态为黏液样区域和纤维胶原样区域交替性分布,1例局灶区域可见巨菊形团结构;肿瘤细胞表达波形蛋白(4/4)、MUC4(4/4),Ki-67阳性指数5%~20%;荧光原位杂交均可检测到FUS基因的断裂重排;4例均接受手术切除,例2随访71个月后复发。 结论: 儿童LGFMS临床表现不具有特异性,其具有独特的组织学特征,免疫组织化学MUC4阳性表达及FUS基因断裂重排检测有助于其诊断及鉴别诊断。.
