Benign cystic mesothelioma (BCM) is an uncommon tumor. A 9-year-old girl presented with acute abdominal pain and vomiting for the last 24 hours. Ultrasound abdomen contrast enhanced CT scan were suggestive of lesion. At laparotomy, a mass arising from peritoneum was found, which excised completely.
