어류병원성 연쇄상구균에 대하여 항 미생물 효과를 갖는 것으로 보고된 Bacillus sp. CPB-St를 수산용 probiotics로 개발하기 위한 기초 조사로서 미생물의 생물학적인 특성을 알아보았다. 일본에서 한국드라마나 K-Pop 등의 한국의 대중문화는 한국어 학습 동인의 최상단에 위치할 만큼 큰 영향력을 지녔다. 그러나 아직 일본 대학에서 이를 활용한 교재나 교수-학습 모형 등은 개발된 적이 없다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 우선적으로 대학의 한국문화 교육의 현실을 냉정하게 짚어볼 필요가 있었다. 먼저, 교재 및 관련 중 선행연구가 미처 다루지 못한 중요한 교재들을 분석함으로써 논의를 보다 정교하게 하기 노력했다. 그 결과 현재 출판된 교재의 다수가 문화 항목을 거의 않거나단원의 목표어와 심각한 불일치를 보여 주었다. 이 과정에서 대중문화가 활용되는 경우는 없었다. 다음으로 마쓰야마대학의 수업 특히 한국어2에서 실시한 ‘한국문화 발표수업’의 진행 방식 학생들이 발표한 제시했다. 수업의 방식을 통해 단계를 다음과 같이 ① 정보의 습득 단계 ② 이해의 ③ 자문화와 이문화 간의 비교 대조의 ④ 문화해석의 ⑤ 문화의 수용과 소통의 단계가 그것이다. 교육과는 별개로...
