Since the first demonstration of a production quality three-dimensional (3D) stacked-word-line NAND Flash memory [1], 3b/cell 3D has seen areal density increases more than 50% per year due to aggressive development 3D-wordline-stacking technology. This trend been consistent for last three consecutive years [2-4], however storage market still requires higher diverse digital applications. A 4b/cell technology is one promising solution increase bit [5]. In this paper, we propose with 12MB/s...
Abstract Poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) hybrids with single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) were prepared using a series of SWNTs various defect contents on their surfaces. The synthesized by exploiting the π – interaction between P3HT and SWNTs, resulting in efficient dispersion solution. UV‐visible photoluminescence (PL) spectra showed that quench PL hybrids, indicating electron transfer occurs from photo‐excited to SWNTs. This was disrupted presence defects SWNT However, lifetime found be...
We study a nonlocally modified gravity model proposed by Deser and Woodard which gives an explanation for current cosmic acceleration. By deriving solving the equations governing evolution of structure in Universe, we show that this predicts pattern growth differs from standard general relativity (+dark energy) at 10-30% level. These differences will be easily probed next generation galaxy surveys, so should tested shortly.
The observed acceleration of the Universe can be explained by modifying general relativity. One such attempt is nonlocal model Deser and Woodard. Here we fix background cosmology using results from Planck satellite examine predictions gravity for evolution structure in universe, confronting with three tests: gravitational lensing, redshift space distortions, estimator $E_G$. Current data favor relativity (GR) over gravity: fixing primordial best fit parameters leads to weak lensing favoring...
The perception of pitch and engagement in melodic singing significantly contribute to the appreciation comprehension music. Notably, for hard-of-hearing individuals, perceiving play crucial roles as effective aids auditory rehabilitation. However, limited pitch, stemming from constraints hearing devices, poses challenges learning process recognizing vocalizing melodies. In this study, we developed a wearable vibrotactile glove, TTS+, designed convert musical tones into corresponding...

The proposed microfluidic device incorporates compartments for two-phase segmented droplet generation, merging, splitting, detection. Both viral strains were identified by isolating magnetic antibody-antigen complexes from liquid medium using magnetized bar embedded in channel. Concurrent spectroscopic...
Vacant land in shrinking cities has long been associated with high crime rates and economic decline. While some efforts have made to repurpose vacant for tax revenue generation temporary environmental restoration, a comprehensive framework city-scale assessment reprogramming remains lacking. To address this gap, our study introduced the Land Assessment System (VLAS), multi-scale spatial analysis planning tool that assesses distribution characteristics of lots using publicly available data....
We use dimensional regularization to evaluate the one loop contribution graviton self-energy from a massless, minimally coupled scalar on locally de Sitter background. For noncoincident points our result agrees with stress tensor correlators obtained recently by Perez-Nadal, Roura, and Verdaguer. absorb ultraviolet divergences using ${R}^{2}$ ${C}^{2}$ counterterms first derived 't Hooft Veltman, we take $D=4$ limit of finite remainder. The renormalized is expressed as sum two transverse,...
Green spaces in residential communities are important yet understudied features of the urban ecological system. While large parks and remnant wildlands areas tend to receive public attention from conservation management perspectives, less is known about importance spatial characteristics community-scale green space. This study investigates natural elements four planned Phoenix metropolitan area, Arizona; two which represent conventional types neighborhoods exemplify community development...
We examine the origin of two opposite results for growth perturbations in Deser-Woodard (DW) nonlocal gravity model. One group previously analyzed model its original form and showed that structure DW is enhanced compared to general relativity (GR) thus concluded was ruled out. Recently, however, another has reanalyzed it by localizing found their localized version suppressed even one GR. The question whether discrepancy originates from an intrinsic difference between formulations or due...
This paper discusses experimental studios within an incremental collaboration framework to better understand the opportunities of peer‐to‐peer learning and student collaboration. Using qualitative methods including observation, interviews, peer-evaluations, descriptive assessments work, study revealed that can lead both progression regression in overall processes depending on approach (mandatory/self-directed), group composition, how students arrive at common decisions. The findings suggest...
We study the cosmology of a specific class nonlocal model modified gravity, so-called Deser-Woodard (DW) model, modifying Einstein-Hilbert action by term ∼ R f(−1R), where f is free function. Choosing so as to reproduce ΛCDM cosmological background expansion history within we implement in linear Einstein-Boltzmann solver and deviations GR induces scalar tensor perturbations. observe that DW describes propagation for gravitational waves, well lower growth rate stronger lensing power compared...
The formalism of Baier-Dokshitzer-Mueller-Peign\'e-Schiff and Zakharov determines the modifications parton splittings in QCD plasma that arise from medium-induced gluon radiation. Here, we study medium-modifications splitting into a quark--anti-quark pair this BDMPS-Z formalism. We derive compact path-integral formulation resums effects an arbitrary number interactions with medium to leading order $1/N_c^2$ expansion. Analyses $N=1$ opacity saddle point approximations reveal two phenomena:...
We employ the graviton self-energy induced by a massless, minimally coupled (MMC) scalar on de Sitter background to compute quantum corrections gravitational potentials of static point particle with mass $M$. The Schwinger-Keldysh formalism is used derive real and causal effective field equations. When evaluated at one-loop order, exhibit secular decrease in observed coupling $G$. This can also be interpreted as (time dependent) anti-screening
Primordial inflation results in the production of a vast ensemble highly infrared, massless, minimally coupled scalars. We use recent fully renormalized computation one loop contribution to graviton self-energy from these scalars show that they have no effect on propagation dynamical gravitons. Our motivates conjecture for first correction vacuum state wave functional comment as well performing same analysis more interesting inflationary gravitons, and inferring corrections force gravity.
We evaluate one loop quantum gravity corrections to the conformally coupled (CC) scalar self-mass-squared on a locally de Sitter background. In this paper we consider only conformal-conformal interaction part of self-mass-squared. This complements minimal-minimal worked out in previous [E. O. Kahya and R. P. Woodard, Phys. Rev. D 76, 124005 (2007), arXiv: 0709.0536], will add minimal-conformal follow-up complete full at order. The computation is performed using dimensional regularization...

Loop corrections to the gravitational potential are usually inferred from scattering amplitudes, which seems quite different how linearized Einstein equations solved with a static, point mass give classical potential. In this study we show Schwinger-Keldysh effective field can be used compute loop in way parallels treatment. We derive explicit results for one correction graviton self-energy induced by massless, minimally coupled scalar.
The present work is the second part of a series computations for self-mass-squared conformally coupled (CC) scalar interacting with gravitons. This includes kinetic-kinetic and kinetic-conformal parts, thus completes full at one loop order in de Sitter background when combined conformal-conformal previously evaluated. We use dimensional regularization renormalize results by subtracting appropriate counterterms. self-mass squared finally ready to quantum-correct CC field equation so that can...
We reanalyze the nonlocal gravity model of Deser and Woodard, which was proposed to account for current phase cosmic acceleration. show that growth perturbations predicted by this when its background evolution is fixed some particular non-Lambda-cold-dark-matter ($\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Lambda}}\mathrm{CDM}$) models can be substantially lower than $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Lambda}}\mathrm{CDM}$. This seen we consider expansion a dark energy with slightly less negative equation state respect...
