We report three members of a family with congenital hypotrichosis, characterized by trichorrhexis nodosa and trichoptilosis, dry skin, keratosis pilaris leukonychia totalis. They also developed progressive transgrediens type palmoplantar keratoderma, hyperkeratotic lesions on the knees, elbows perianal region.
