Abstract Largemouth bass (LMB; Micropterus salmoides ) has been an economically important fish in North America, Europe, and China. This study obtained a chromosome‐level genome assembly of LMB using PacBio Hi‐C sequencing. The final assembled is 964 Mb, with contig N50 scaffold values 1.23 Mb 36.48 respectively. Combining RNA sequencing data, we annotated total 23,701 genes. Chromosomal syntenic analysis proved that, unlike most Perciformes the popular haploid chromosome number 24, only 23...
Molecular engineering contributes to a well-aligned stacking of low-dimensional compositions in quasi-two-dimensional perovskite thin-films, resulting high performance and stable-operation photodetectors across the whole visible range.
The utilization of low-dimensional perovskites (LDPs) as interlayers on three-dimensional (3D) has been regarded an efficient strategy to enhance the performance perovskite solar cells. Yet, formation mechanism LDPs and their impacts device remain elusive. Herein, we use dimensional engineering facilitate controllable growth 1D 2D structures 3D perovskites. differences isomeric ligands in electrostatic potential distribution steric effects for intermolecular forces contribute different LDPs....
Environmental self-identity (ESI) is a key factor in promoting sustainable behaviours. Hence, it crucial to find the antecedents that can shape environmental self-identity. The present study conducted questionnaire survey ( N = 478) verify roles of past behaviours and biospheric values developing among Chinese women. results revealed both had significant positive correlation with ESI. Furthermore, partially mediated relationship between These findings provide theoretical framework for policy...
Doublesex and mab-3-related transcription factor (dmrt) genes are widely distributed across various biological groups play critical roles in sex determination neural development. Here, we applied bioinformatics methods to exam cross-species changes the dmrt family members evolutionary relationships of based on genomes 17 fish species. All examined species have dmrt1–5 while only five contained dmrt6. Most fishes harbored two dmrt2 subtypes (dmrt2a dmrt2b), with dmrt2b being unique fishes. In...
The efficacy of endoscopic therapy on the long-term survival outcomes T1b oesophageal cancer (EC) is unclear, this study was designed to clarify and construct a model for predicting prognosis in EC patients.
Abstract The partial cDNA sequences of eight reference genes ( actb , tuba1 gapdh58 gapdh59 eef1a1 RNA 18 s pabpc1 ube2I ) were cloned from largemouth bass Micropterus salmoides . expression levels these compared in the various tissues (eye, spleen, kidney, gill, muscle, brain, liver, heart, gut and gonad) M. fed on forage fish. results showed that candidate exhibited tissue‐specific to degrees stability ranking order was > among tissue types. Four used analyse liver between forage‐fish...
Perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) have emerged as promising candidates for high-speed data-driven illumination sources in optical communication, but the mechanisms influencing modulation speed of PeLEDs are rarely discussed. Although it has been reported to increase bandwidth by reducing device area, this is often geometrically limited and reduces luminous efficiency. Here, with surface treatment 3-trifluoromethyl-benzylammonium iodide (3-TFBzAI) different solvents, we can create a...
