The paper aims to investigate the biological role of microRNAs secreted by preimplantation embryo into blastocoel fluid and detect a distinctive molecular signature for identifying embryos with highest implantation potential. We carried on multicenter retrospective study involving five European IVF centers. collected 112 samples from day 5 post-fertilization, cultured individually, along data blastocyst grade transfer outcomes. Using custom TLDA Array, we compared expression levels 89 miRNAs...
Introduction: Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) was recently introduced as a marker of ovarian reserve in assisted reproduction. The cutoff values AMH for prediction poor response have not yet been determined.Material and methods: Ninety women undergoing their first IVF/ICSI cycle were prospectively included this clinical, non-interventional study. Baseline AMH, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) antral count (AFC) measured before starting stimulation. also on day 5 stimulation the follicular...

Assisted reproduction technology (ART) has made considerable progress in recent years; particular with regard to cryopreservation, long-term storage, successful thawing, and embryo transfer of cryopreserved embryos. Regarding gestational surrogacy, been the areas awareness, social acceptance, regulation, legislation, availability, streamlining, optimization cross-border care. The above is being highlighted current presentation a particularly challenging novel case. A 43-year-old woman...
We present the case of a 54-year-old woman diagnosed with uterine leiomyosarcoma that produced beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG), evident by both serum and immunohistologic examination. Based on this similar cases from available literature, β-hCG-producing sarcomas tend to have poorer prognosis, indicating β-hCG could potentially be used as marker disease status response therapy; however, association is inconsistent should further investigated.
