In order to improve excitation signal of temperature sensor calibration system based on laser, an approach laser homogenization is established. The principle, attenuation measurement, change in the spot, and its uniformity are studied analyzed. experimental results show that can be effectively homogenized by use imaging micro lens array, deviation about 9.3%. attenuated via wedge prism 0.51% power with approximately same distribution.
