The article presents the results of determining acute toxicity a nasal spray based on antigens opportunistic bacteria in two formulations: with and without prolonging agent. According to Hodge Sterner classification, when administered mice at maximum possible doses, formulations were classified as up class 4 for subcutaneous administration 3 intranasal administration. These findings support feasibility further development formulations.

The aim of the investigation was to study effect 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine malate (Ethoxidol) on concentration oxidative stress metabolites in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and hypertension.126 FC I-III CHF have been examined. In addition their individual therapy these received intravenous infusions Ethoxidol. Blood content 2,3-diphosphoglycerate (2,3-DPG), oxygen tension (рО2), pH, total peroxides, lactate, aldosterone were identified. 2,3-DPG levels (g/L erythrocytes)...

ABSTRACT The number of infections caused by microorganisms that are resistant to antibiotics and synthetic antibacterial drugs is growing fast worldwide. This one the most important urgent problems in health care. main efforts researchers around world focused on solving this issue. Nitrofurans represent effective classes drugs. We have synthesized 4 analogues nifuroxazide – a well known nitrofuran antibiotic confirmed their structures NMR, IR spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry. All obtained...

The problems related to the development of pneumococcal vaccines require combination traditional solutions and alternative systems optimizing this procedure. Recombinant subunit have undeniable advantages over inactivated live-attenuated vaccines: they induce cell-mediated humoral immunologic responses effectively with high specificity, but without risks associated authentic pathogen processing. However, specific adjuvants enhance immune response or special fusion partners improve...

In heart attack, FSTL-1 is actively secreted by cardiomyocytes, accelerates growth of myofibrils and stimulates vascular endothelial factor expression. The aim this work was to investigate the effect Etoxidol on synthesis in rats after myocardial infarction. experiments were performed Wistar weighing 250-350 g with simulated infarction or intact (group 5). Animals control groups (groups 1, 2) treated saline for 7 14 days; Ethoxidol (24 mg/kg) injected animals experimental 3, 4) (the daily...

This study discusses the role of oxidative stress and inflammation in development severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) associated with COVID-19 caused by novel SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. An analysis literature revealed that viral infections, including COVID-19, is usually accompanied accumulation acidic metabolic products blood tissues and, accordingly, increased levels cytokines. In this regard, it seems appropriate to use second-generation low-toxic antioxidant Ethoxidol, manufactured...
