In the context of severe unexplained haemorrhage (SH), it is usual to seek haematological evaluation and investigate for an inherited rare bleeding disorder (IRBD). such circumstances, appropriate screen can discriminate between IRBD suspected child abuse. Yet, little information available about frequency SH in population patients with IRBD.

A convenient microwave irradiation protocol was utilized for the synthesis of b-ketosulfones 1–5 in good yields. These sulfones reacted with alkenes through a radical oxidative cyclization mediated by Mn(OAc)3. Dihydrofurans 6–10 were obtained moderate to yields starting from 1,1-disubstituted alkenes. 11–15 synthesized and unexpected cyclopropanes 16–19 low 1,2-disubstituted This offers access various dihydrofurans which could be tested their antiparasitic potential.

Abstract Introduction It is necessary to gain insights into adherence healthcare in people with severe haemophilia (PwSH), especially during the transition from paediatric adult care, which an important phase lives of young childhood chronic disease. This can be considered as a marker successful transition. Objectives The main objective quantitative TRANSHEMO project was compare between adolescents and adults (YAs) haemophilia. secondary identify determinants (facilitators barriers) this...

Cross-coupling reactions between 2-methyl-2-propen-1-ol and various boronic acids are used to obtain aromatic-(2-methylallyl) derivatives. However, deboronation or isomerization side may occur for several acids. We describe herein the synthesis of original alkenes with good yields under mild reaction conditions that decrease these reactions. The scope this environmentally benign is thereby extended a wide variety A mechanistic study was conducted suggested plausible catalytic cycle...

To obtain aromatic 2-methylallyl derivatives, cross-coupling reactions between 2-methyl-2-propen-1-ol and various boronic acids were studied. Among allylic alcohols described for such reactions, has a low reactivity. Indeed, this substrate did not react with several under the previously conditions new reaction investigated. We describe herein protocol small amounts of palladium ligand, without any additive solvent microwave heating. A subsequent simple distillation process only leads to...

Abstract Introduction Health of people with severe haemophilia (PwSH) improves thanks to the advancements in care, giving them more opportunities occupational integration. However, there is little literature on integration PwSH. Objectives The main objective our study was assess PwSH and compare it that general population. secondary association between individual characteristics (sociodemographic, clinical psycho‐behavioural) Methods A multicentre, non‐interventional, cross‐sectional...

Topic: 35. Quality of life and palliative care Background: Haemophilia is a rare inherited disorder affecting mainly men, characterised by bleeding due to deficiency in clotting factors. Untreated severe haemophilia marked serious haemorrhagic events (e.g., intracranial haemorrhage, hemoperitoneum, hemarthrosis). However, improvements care, such as substitutive therapies, allow people with (PwSH) have near-normal expectancy, so they can reach adulthood live chronic disease. This gives them...
