It is just in recent years that mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) mutations have been found solid tumors. Although a direct link between the presence of mtDNA and development tumors has not made, might prove significant detection tumor recurrence possibly genotoxic damage. To investigate relationship variation endometrial cancer, we collected blood samples from subjects with Han native background Yunnan province China, 49 them pathologically conformed cancer 31 as controls no disease sequenced two...

Many enclosed public spaces with multiple destinations often feature obstacles, such as columns within the building space and dense crowds, which adversely affect recognition guidance of pedestrian sign. To mitigate this issue, enhancing traffic efficiency necessitates implementation auxiliary signs. However, experience-based schemes for positioning these signs require iterative adjustments to achieve desired effect. Thus, paper endeavors address challenge by analyzing relationship between...

Summary There is a dearth of data about the prevalence hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in M engla, C hina; and no detailed analysis molecular evolution genotype I A sia. In this study, 909 serum samples from ethnic minority people hina were obtained. Serological assay HBV S‐gene amplification carried out, phylogenetic evolutionary dynamics 62 /I was performed. On survey, 153 individuals tested HBsA g‐positive. Genotypes classified into three groups: C, I. Under strict model relax model,...

Abstract In the present study, DNA typing for HLA‐DPB1 was performed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR)–sequence‐based method in two isolated Chinese populations: Blangs ( n = 94) Shuangjiang County and Puyis 76) Luoping from Yunnan province of Southwest China. These populations exhibited certain similarity their allelic distributions gene. A total 11 12 alleles at DPB1 locus were found Blang Puyi groups, respectively. group, most frequent DPB1*0501 (51.0%) DPB1*1301 (17.0%). DPB1*030101...

Summary The toll‐like receptor 4 (TLR4) polymorphisms, Asp299Gly and Thr399Ile, were investigated with PCR‐RFLP DNA sequencing methods in 938 980 individuals from the Yunnan Hani ethnic minority majority Han population, respectively. Six heterozygotes for both Thr399Ile detected Hani, a polymorphism frequency of 0.6397%, whereas no variants found amongst Han.

Abstract In the present study, DNA typing for HLA‐DPB1 was performed using polymerase chain reaction–sequencing‐based method in 72 randomly selected Nu ethnic individuals inhabiting Yunnan province of south‐west China. Among 12 detected DPB1 alleles, most frequent DPB1*1301, with percentage 20.83%, followed by DPB1*0501 (19.44%), DPB1*040101 (16.67%) and DPB1*2801 (9.72%). The allele DPB1*1501 found first time Chinese population. Neighbour‐joining showed that minority belonged to East Asian...

In this work, polymorphism of human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-DRB1, -DQB1 and -DPB1 genes was detected using polymerase chain reaction-sequence-based typing method in 128 healthy unrelated volunteers from the Bai ethnic group Yunnan province southwest China. Among all 28 alleles for DRB1 gene, most common allele DRB1*120201 with a frequency 16.41%, followed by DRB1*090102, DRB1*080302, DRB1*1404, DRB1*150101, DRB1*140101 DRB1*160201, frequencies 10.16%, 9.77%, 9.38%, 8.98%, 8.59% 8.21%,...
