BackgroundLong non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are an important class of pervasive genes involved in a variety biological functions. They aberrantly expressed many types diseases. In this study, we aimed to investigate the lncRNA profiles preeclampsia. Preeclampsia has been observed patients with molar pregnancy where fetus is absent, which demonstrate that placenta sufficient cause condition. Thus, analyzed preeclampsia placentas. Methodology/Principal FindingsIn described six placentas (T) and...

Abstract Objectives Both Diabetic retinopathy (DR) and Atherosclerosis (AS) are common complications in patients with diabetes, they share major pathophysiological similarities have a pathogenesis. Studies performed to date demonstrated that ferroptosis plays vital part the occurrence development of DR AS, but its mechanism two diseases remains poorly understood. Methods Chip data (GSE60436 GSE102485) AS chip (GSE100927 GSE57691) were obtained from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. The...

A general and practical method for copper-catalyzed cross-coupling of allyl phosphates with stable perfluoroalkylzinc reagents has been developed. The reaction proceeds under mild conditions high efficiency, good functional group tolerance, regio- stereoselectivities provides general, straightforward, useful access to allyl-perfluoroalkyl compounds. Preliminary mechanistic studies reveal that the copper intermediate may be involved in catalytic cycle.

The present study aimed to investigate the effects of diabetes mellitus (DM) on generation experimental corneal neovascularization (CrNV) and choroidal (ChNV). Diabetes was induced in mice by intraperitoneal injection streptozotocin (STZ). Experimental CrNV ChNV were alkali injury laser photocoagulation, respectively. compared between STZ‑induced diabetic control two weeks after injury. Relative expression angiogenic factors quantified reverse transcription‑quantitative polymerase chain...

To compare the short-term efficacy in patients with polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) treated using either aflibercept or conbercept. This prospective study included 41 treatment-naive PCV (42 eyes). All were conbercept an initial series of 3 monthly loading injections. Changes best-corrected logMAR visual acuity (BCVA) and anatomic outcomes evaluated at months.BCVA was improved reduction central thickness (CCT), foveal (CFT), subretinal fluid (SRF) after injections both (IVA) (IVC)...

Purpose To summarize the design and methodology of a trial designed to evaluate efficacy safety low dose laser cycloplasty (LCP) in treating malignant glaucoma. Methods Prospective, multicentre, non-controlled clinical trial. Subjects were recruited from eight ophthalmic centers China. The target sample size was 34. Patients aged >18 years with diagnosis glaucoma inadequately controlled on medical therapy or recurrence after topical cycloplegics withdrawal enrolled. All patients underwent LCP...

Background Stromal-derived factor 1α /chemokine receptor 4(SDF-1α/CXCR4) axis is one of the important signals which mediates several different activities such as chemotaxis, adhesion, proliferation and survival resulting in recruitment to sites immune inflammatory reactions.Considerable evidence suggests that CXCR4/SDF-1α involved tumor angiogenesis plays a key role development ocular neovascularization. Objective The purpose this study was explore effect CXCR4 antagonist on cxperimental...
