[RuIV(por)Cl2] (por = porphyrin dianion) can efficiently catalyze nitrene insertion into aldehyde C–H bonds with phosphoryl azides as a source to give N-acylphosphoramidates in good high yields.
[Ru(IV)(F20-TPP)Cl2][H2(F20-TPP) = meso-tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrin] is an active catalyst for both inter- and intra-molecular nitrene insertion into sp(3) C-H bonds of hydrocarbons in good to high product yields using phosphoryl azides as sources.
By using [Ru(TTP)CO] [H2TTP = meso-tetrakis(4-tolyl)porphyrin] as catalyst and aryl azides the nitrene source, sp2(C–H) bonds of a series indoles undergo oxidative C–N bond formation to give unique 2,3-diimination products in good high yields.
Background: Replication protein A (RPA) 3 is a subunit of the RPA complex, which functions in multiple processes DNA metabolism. Dysregulation RPA1 and RPA2 has been implicated tumor progression several cancer types. However, function RPA3 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tumorigenesis not elucidated. Method: In this study, we investigated HCC development by stably knocking down its expression using short hairpin RNA...
To establish and validate a combined radiomics model based on features clinical characteristics, to predict microsatellite instability (MSI) status in colorectal cancer (CRC) patients preoperatively.A total of 368 from four hospitals, who underwent preoperative contrast-enhanced CT examination, were included this study. The data 226 single hospital used as the training dataset. 142 other three hospitals an independent validation regions interest drawn portal venous phase images. filtered...
Three types of novel artemisinin derivatives have been synthesized through transition-metal-catalyzed intramolecular carbenoid and nitrenoid C−H bond insertion reactions. With rhodium complexes as catalysts, lactone 11 was via carbene reaction at the C16 position in 90% yield; oxazolidinone 13 nitrene C10 87% yield based on 77% conversion; sulfamidate 14 C8 yield.
Rotenone, a natural hydrophobic pesticide, has been reported to display anticancer activity in variety of cancer cells. However, the mechanism rotenone on colon (CC) cell migration, invasion and metastasis is still unknown. In present study, cytotoxicity CC cells were detected by Cell Counting Kit‑8 assay confirmed clone formation assay. The effects migration determined vitro Transwell wound healing assays, respectively. addition, reveal whether affected epithelial‑mesenchymal‑transition...
Tongue cancer originating on the surface of tongue is most commonly squamous cell carcinoma, which has a higher invasive ability and lower survival rate compared with other forms cancer. Notably, carcinomas metastasize into lymph nodes at early stages. Focal adhesion kinase (FAK) an important protein tyrosine involved in invasion metastasis cells. In present study, role FAK was evaluated underlying mechanisms this process were explored. knockdown performed using shRNA line, Tca‑8113,...
IgA nephropathy is the most common glomerular disease in world and has become a serious threat to human health. Accurate non-invasive molecular imaging detect recognize critical for subsequent timely treatment; otherwise, it may progress end-stage renal lead dysfunction. In this study, we have developed sensitive, specific, biocompatible integrin αvβ3-targeted superparamagnetic Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles (NPs) noninvasive magnetic resonance (MRI) of αvβ3, which overexpressed mesangial region...
Objective To evaluate the risk factors of bile duct injury after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) for hepatic carcinoma (HCC). Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 21 patients complicating among 483 cases undergoing TACE HCC. Results 21 were found to suffer from injury, average interval between and 3.9±2.7 months (9 intrahepatic ducts dilation, 1 case biloma, 3 stricture combined with 5 biloma a triplex dilation). Bile accompanied by elevation alanine...
Abstract High functional group tolerance and excellent chemoselectivity is observed in the 2,3‐diimination of indoles by electron‐poor aryl azides.
Reported is a base-promoted tandem ring opening of N-substituted aziridines with propargylic alcohols followed by closing onto the tethered alkyne to give dihydroxazines in moderate good yields. Selected examples were further reduced 3,5-disubstituted morpholine derivatives poor high (where cis isomer predominates) diastereoselectivity.
Abstract The reaction works with alkyl phosphoryl azides as well and can be scaled up.
A new organocatalytic cascade reaction of stable sulfur ylides and nitroolefins catalyzed by thiourea 1 DMAP to afford diverse oxazolidin-2-ones with high diastereoselectivities is reported. The scope the has been studied. Too or too sterically hindered cannot be employed this protocol. Furthermore a catalytic cycle proposed that involves intermediates B, which supported D- ¹³C-labeling experiments.
An organocatalytic asymmetric intramolecular ring-closing Friedel-Crafts-type alkylation of indolyl α,β-unsaturated aldehydes has been described. This method allows the preparation tetrahydropyrano[3,4-b]indoles and tetrahydro-β-carbolines in an atom-economical manner. MacMillan’s imidazolidinone catalyst 1 combination with 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid identified as best system for this reaction. With 20 mol% moderate to high yields (48-89%) enantioselectivities (er = 90:10 97:3) are obtained...
In an approach complementary to previously reported methods, the authors report asymmetric Friedel-Crafts alkylation of indoles with ethyl glyoxylates using chiral Ti-BINOL complexes. N-Protected provide higher yields and greater enantioselectivities compared free indoles, various substitution patterns on benzenoid ring indole can be tolerated. Three other glyoxylate derivatives were shown participate, although they lead lower ee values or bisindole formation.
