32세 여자 환자가 두통을 주소로 내원하였다. 뇌 MRI 검사 에서 이상소견은 보이지 않았으나 흉부 X-ray 검사에서 양측 폐에 다발성 결절이 보였다. 조영증강 CT를 시행하였으며 CT에서도 전이를 시사하는 보였 다. 또한 CT에 포함된 우측 유방에 조영증강을 보이는 종 괴가 우연히 보였다(Fig. 1A). 이학적 검사상 만져 지는 종괴는 없었으며, 통증이나 유두 분비물, 피부 변화는 없 었고 겨드랑이에 만져지는 림프절은 없었다. 유방암의 가 족력이나 호르몬 치료 과거력은 환자는 12년 전에 목에 있어 수술적 절제술(excision)로 경동맥 소체 부신경절종으로 진단받은 병력이 있었으나 수술 후 재발 없이 지냈다. 유방촬영술에서 유방은 치밀 유방 조직으로 에 뚜렷하게 초음파 의 12시 방향에 국한성 타원형의 저에코성 종괴가 관찰되었다 (Fig. 1B). 종괴의 장축은 표면에 평행하였으며 후방음향 증강을 동반하였으나 종괴 내 석회화, 주변 조직의 왜곡은 보 이지 않았다....
