BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE:
Deep learning (DL)-based reconstruction enables improving the quality of MR images acquired with a short scan time. We aimed to prospectively compare image and diagnostic performance in evaluating cervical degenerative spine diseases myelopathy between conventional MRI accelerated commercially available vendor-neutral DL-based reconstruction.
MATERIALS METHODS:
Fifty patients disease or underwent both by using operating within DICOM domain. The were...

This study evaluated the effect of an accelerated three-dimensional (3D) T1-weighted pediatric brain MRI protocol using a deep learning (DL)-based reconstruction algorithm on scan time and image quality. retrospective included 46 patients who underwent conventional accelerated, pre- post-contrast, 3D 3T scanner (SIGNA Premier; GE HealthCare) at single tertiary referral center between March 1, 2023, April 30, 2023. Conventional scans were reconstructed intensity Filter A (Conv), whereas...

This study aimed to investigate the feasibility of using artificial intelligence (AI) identify normal chest radiography (CXR) from worklist radiologists in a health-screening environment. This retrospective simulation was conducted CXRs 5887 adults (mean age ± standard deviation, 55.4 11.8 years; male, 4329) three health screening centers South Korea commercial AI (Lunit INSIGHT CXR3, version 3.5.8.8). Three board-certified thoracic reviewed CXR images for referable abnormalities and grouped...

We investigated whether mortality risk increases with the number of full-term pregnancies in HIV-infected women. Our study is based on data from ACDIS cohort, collected rural KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Mortality for different women was analyzed using Cox proportional hazards model. The TB or AIDS HIV-uninfected did not change pregnancies, while corresponding increased markedly 1.48-fold (95% CI 1.25-1.75), 1.76-fold 1.45-2.13), and 1.59-fold 1.31-1.94) one, two, three more compared to...

e21529 Background: Inter-tumoral genomic heterogeneity cause various immune status in tumor microenvironment, which may lead to indiscriminate response checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) patients with multiple lesions. Therefore, PD-L1 from practically approachable, single lesion would not be always representative for of whole metastatic lesions a patient. To solve inter-tumoral issue before biopsy clinic, we developed deep-learning based CT biomarker predicting status, then explored if the...
