Abstract Persistent luminescent nanoparticles (PLNPs) with intrinsic stimuli‐responsive properties are desirable because of no autofluorescence background and natural responsive luminescence. However, the features pure PLNPs have been unexplored. Here we show a facile one‐pot hydrothermal synthesis green‐emitting Zn 2 GeO 4 :Mn 2+ ,Pr 3+ (ZGMP) regular shape, uniform size good afterglow performance. We also report pH behavior ZGMP its possible mechanism. Taking intriguing feature persistent...

This study aimed to investigate the effect of superheated steam treatment on cooking and eating quality rice, further explore structure, gel properties, rheological behavior rice starch. After treatment, optimal time was effectively reduced by 26.9%, taste value significantly improved, from 78.45 84.20, when treated at 155 °C for 10 s. Superheated amylose protein content, increased average particle size Compared with control, enthalpy change (ΔH) in starch decreased notably 6.53 5.28 after...

Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/Cas12a-based detection strategies with a fluorophore quencher-labeled ssDNA reporter or gold nanoparticle have been widely used in point-of-care (POC) molecular diagnostics. However, the potential of these CRISPR/Cas12a for POC diagnostics is often compromised due to complex labeling, high cost, and low signal-to-noise ratio. Herein, we show pre-folded G-quadruplex (G4) structure tunable tolerance trans-cleavage explore its...

Abstract This study investigated the effects of milk solution or proteins (casein and whey protein) on bioaccessibility antioxidant activity oat phenolics during in vitro gastric pancreatic digestion. During digestion, most were partially degraded by alkaline pH fluid (pH 7.5). For phenolic acids, both protein only had a slight influence their bioaccessibility, while exhibited significant effect extracts avenanthramides (AVs), kind bioactive phenols exclusively found oats. The AVs decreased...

The floral-dip method of transformation by immersion inflorescences in a suspension Agrobacterium was appliedin the Brassica napus transformation, but it involves number relatively time-consuming and laborious steps, including manipulating an tumefaciens culture aseptic procedures for selection plant linesharboring antibiotic-selection markers. It calls long time to prepare buffered media. To circumvent thesebottlenecks, we have developed rapid simple method. We find that can be transformed...

A novel processing method of potato flour with a low starch gelatinization degree was realized by flash drying technique. Starch degree, pasting properties, thermal characteristics, and morphological features between commercial flours (commercial flake granule) flash-dried were analyzed compared. Results showed that the (14.52%) reduced nearly 80% than (about 95%). Typical viscosity profile, enthalpy value, morphology retained maximally through an optimized drying. The temperature increased...
