We attempted to determine the testicular volume changes in patients with unilateral varicocele, before and after varicocelectomy. We report on a case of glandular diphallus with incomplete urethral duplication associated rotation anomaly in the right kidney, and bifid pelvis an ectopic ureteral orifice left kidney. The bladder was single good sphincter control. At operation, hipoplasic glans resected urethra which opened into this anastomosed alongside other urethra. Diphallus are discussed.
