A large amount of evidence suggests that monocytes/macrophages infiltration is implicated in a variety inflammatory diseases including acute liver injury. Monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1) plays crucial role the process macrophages recruitment. We herein presented small-molecule library and feasible quick screening method evaluating potency inhibition chemotaxis RAW264.7 cells stimulated by MCP-1. Fifty-three small molecules were synthesized screened, four compounds (2g, 2h, 4f, 6h)...

To achieve sensitive, selective and facile detection of hydrazine in environmental biological systems, a fluorescent probe (Che-Dcv) with unique nonaromatic fluorophore was developed. Upon addition 20% DMSO-PBS buffer (pH = 7.4, 10 mM, v/v) at room temperature, the displayed strong emission 496 nm along color change from brown-red to yellow. The response attributed reaction dicyanovinyl groups afford hydrazone, which supported by 1H NMR HRMS. limit Che-Dcv for estimated be as low 1.08 ppb...

A series of symmetrical 1,4-disubstituted buta-1,3-diynes is prepared with excellent yields (up to 95%) through homocoupling terminal alkynes catalyzed by a copper salt under solvent-free conditions. This method provides an environmentally friendly process prepare 1,3-diynes in short reaction times mild Furthermore, the suitable for wide substrate scope and has functional group compatibility. The can also be scaled up gram level.

Hydroxy-α-sanshool was synthesized in a 13% overall yield through eight steps, which included two Wittig reactions that were used to form the carbon skeleton with ethyl 2-oxoacetate and 2 E,4 E-hexadienal being reacted appropriate ylides. Impurities processes could easily be separated. Ethyl 6-hydroxy-2Z-hexenoate converted its E-isomer catalysis by I 2E,6Z,8E,10E-dodecatetraenoic acid crystallized from solution 1% acetate n-hexane.
