Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) were used to separate amoxicillin from aqueous media. The parameters affecting adsorption such as pH, temperature, time, interferences of similar molecules, and the amount adsorbent studied. Amoxicillin using MWCNT was compared that Fullerene C60 activated (AC). efficiency 0.1 0.2 g in a continuous mode 86.5% 87.9%, respectively. Evaluation capacity showed each gram can absorb 22.9 mg amoxicillin. effect pH studied over range 2–8 revealed at initial 4.6...

A search for the production of a heavy $B$ quark, having electric charge $\ensuremath{-}1/3$ and vector couplings to $W$, $Z$, $H$ bosons, is carried out using proton-proton collision data recorded at CERN LHC by CMS experiment, corresponding an integrated luminosity $19.7\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$. The quark assumed be pair produced decay in one three ways: $tW$, $bZ$, or $bH$. final states with one, two, more than two charged leptons, as well fully hadronic states....

ABSTRACTThe role of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) is changing from academic to applied researches. Challenging problems about MIP will be more highlighted in applicable uses and solving these vital. The controlled/"living" radical polymerization (CLRP) techniques are solve the challenging MIPs. "living" nature CLRP helps improve heterogeneity binding sites MIPs as a main challenge where precise control over sizes, compositions, surface functionalities achieved. Among different CLRP,...

This study aimed to investigate whether the seismic performance and vulnerability of reinforced concrete (RC) structures were affected by soil–structure interaction (SSI). A set RC frames located on three soil types designed modeled using OpenSees finite-element framework. nonlinear Winkler-based method was applied model soil–foundation interaction. Nonlinear static analysis incremental dynamic performed assess behavior fragility buildings regarding rigid flexible-base assumptions. Numerical...

Abstract Despite the increasing number of applications molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) in analytical chemistry, construction a biomimetic potentiometric sensor remains still challenging. In this work, sensor, based on non‐covalent polymer was fabricated for recognition and determination cetirizine. The MIP synthesized by precipitation polymerization, using cetirizine dihydrochloride as template molecule, methacrylic acid (MAA) functional monomer ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA)...
