Vaccination strategies play a pivotal role in achieving broad and robust immune protection. With the advent of new technologies challenges posed by emerging infectious diseases such as SARS-CoV-2, evaluating efficacy homologous (matching tracks) heterologous (mixing paths) vaccination regimens is critical. This article explores mechanistic insights empirical evidence on benefits limitations these approaches.

In healthy individuals, leptin is produced from adipose tissue and secreted into the circulation to communicate energy balance status brain control fat metabolism. Corticotropin- Releasing Hormone (CRH) synthesized in hypothalamus regulates stress responses. Among many adipokines hormones that metabolism, CRH both curb appetite inhibit food intake. Despite numerous reports on properties function, little has been actually shown about their association environment. In this article, we...

To investigate the effect of leptin in childhood ITP, we measured plasma 39 children with acute after treatment and remission, 33 healthy age/BMI-matched controls. We also cultured ITP control peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) recombinant to assess its direct on pro/anti-inflammatory cytokine gene expression. A significant increase was observed active disease compared inverse correlation platelet count ITP. Leptin remained high IVIg, whereas steroid lowered below levels. In range....
