Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) is a noninvasive ultrasound-triggered therapeutic strategy for site-specific treatment of tumors with great depth penetration. The design nano-sonosensitizers suitable SDT bladder cancer (BCa) post-intravesical instillation has not yet been reported. Herein, transmucosal oxygen-self-production nanoplatform developed to achieve highly efficient against BCa. In this system, fluorinated chitosan (FCS) synthesized as effective nontoxic delivery carrier assemble...

A highly integrated sensing technology, combining a stimulated Brillouin scattering-based distributed sensor with XFG (fiber Bragg grating (FBG) and long-period fiber (LPFG)) sensors on single fiber, is proposed for the simultaneous measurement of fully multiple discrete dynamic strains/temperatures. multiparameter monitoring scheme slope safety developed using this technology. An indoor simulation test carried out to verify its ability simultaneously monitor slope's surface displacement, an...

Prefabricated construction is essential for realising green, efficient and sustainable development of rail transit. However, limited space in foundation pits cross-interference with inner struts mean that the advantages existing prefabrication technology cannot be leveraged effectively to build subway stations under open excavation support. In this paper, problem addressed by introducing a modular design method two novel connection technologies. The proposed sufficiently adaptable balance...

We present a novel method to improve pharmacokinetics modeling, an essential step of drug development. Conventional models frequently fail fully represent the intricacies absorption and distribution, which limits their predictive abilities required for personalized treatment strategies. Our methodology introduces two innovations enhance modeling accuracy: 1. Time-varying parameters: this approach is designed accommodate dynamic nature rates. 2. Fractional calculus in representing delayed...

Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) have been widely used for solving partial differential equations (PDEs) of different types, including fractional PDEs (fPDES) [29]. Herein, we propose a new general (quasi) Monte Carlo PINN fPDEs on irregular domains. Specifically, instead approximating derivatives by approximations integrals as was done previously in [31], use more approximation method to solve fPDEs, which is valid differentiation under any definition. Moreover, based the ensemble...

Abstract In this paper, a novel continuous-wave infrared laser-assisted load icebreaking method for large-sized ice blocks is put forward, which employs laser multipoint irradiation approach. By strategically changing the mode of deployment points, interlocking cracks and melt holes are generated within ice. This process effectively weakens strength ice, thus decreasing difficulty icebreaking. Based on interaction mechanism between mathematical model describing evolution local temperature...

In the field of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics (PKPD) modeling, which plays a pivotal role in drug development process, traditional models frequently encounter difficulties fully encapsulating complexities absorption, distribution, their impact on targets. Although multi-compartment are utilized to elucidate intricate dynamics, they can also be overly complex. To generalize modeling while maintaining simplicity, we propose an innovative approach that enhances PK integrated PK-PD by...
