The diphenylethene moiety is a versatile building block that offers several chemically functionalizable sites, allowing easy modulation of electronic properties the resulting polymers and providing numerous opportunities for discovering related structure–property relationships. In this study, we report series difluorodiphenylethene-based copolymers with noncovalent conformational locks applications in polymer field-effect transistors. Different fluorination positions lead to different type...

β-Cyclodextrin modified camptothecin (CPT–CD) was synthesized through esterification reaction and "click chemistry" to greatly improve the solubility of CPT in aqueous solution, then, a supramolecular nanoparticle constructed by strong noncovalent interaction between β-cyclodextrin adamantane amphiphilic simply mixing CPT–CD hyaluronic acid (HA–ADA) together. The obtained had hydrophilic HA shell, which could target recognize receptors overexpressed on surface cancer cells, hydrophobic core,...

We designed and synthesized two donor–acceptor type conjugated polymers, the regioirregular polymer RI-PDPP-CNTVT-6 its regioregular counterpart RR-PDPP-CNTVT-6, based on diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) alkylated dithienylacrylonitrile (CNTVT) units. Among them, 2-decyltetradecyl side chain DPP acceptor unit hexyl CNTVT donor were used to ensure enough solubility for them. The backbone regioregularity was tune electronic structures carrier transport of system. polymers characterized their...

Two new cucurbitane triterpenoids 1 and 2 were isolated, together with six known compounds, from the seeds of Momordica charantia L. The structures compounds determined to be 3-O-{[β-d-galactopyranosyl(1 → 6)]-O-β-d-galactopyranosyl}-23(R), 24(R), 25-trihydroxycucur-bit-5-ene (1), 3-O-[β-d-galactopyranosyl]-25-O-β-d-galactopyranosyl-7(R), 22(S), 23(R), 25-pentahydroxycucurbit-5-ene (2), respectively. Their elucidated by combination mass spectrometry, one- two-dimensional NMR experiments...

A series of novel substituted uracil-1'(N)-acetic acid esters (5–9) and 4-pyridone-1'(N)-acetic (10–11) 20(S)-camptothecins (CPTs) have been synthesized by the acylation method. All these new were assayed for in vitro cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines A549, Bel7402, BGC-823, HCT-8 A2780. The bioassay results showed that all compounds 5–11 had cytotoxities higher than TPT comparable to CPT on tumor lines, some them even or superior cytotoxic activity CPT. data exhibited ester...
