연구는 전문대학생들의 성향적 낙관성과 자기효능감이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 대학생활적응의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 부산, 경남 지역에 소재한 2개의 전문대학교 재학생 460명을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 회귀분석과 Bootstraping을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 전문대학생의 자기효능감 모두 유의미한 정적 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 부분매개효과가 있는 이는 낙관성이 직접적인 주고 있을 뿐만 아니라 자기효능감을 통해 간접적인 있음을 의미한다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 대학생활적응을 높이기 위해 개인 및 학교, 지역사회 차원에서 향상시킬 상담적 접근 프로그램 개발과 시행 등의 제도적 방안을 마련하는 것이 중요함을 시사한다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 대상으로 정신간호사에 대한 진로선택 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것이 다. 연구설계는 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상은 D와 W 광역시 소재 5개 대학에 재학 중인 4학년 간호대학생 261명이 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression을 실시하였다. 회귀분석 결과, 연령 (β=.13, p=.048), 정신간호학실습 만족도 (β=.16, p=.035)는 대상자의 정신 간호사에 대해 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났으며, 10.3%의 설명력을 보였다. 따라서 정신간호학 실습 환경 개선과 실습지도 자의 역량 강화를 통해 간호대학생의 진로선택을 지지할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 진로선택에 다양한 변수를 파악할 있는 추후 연구가 필요하다.
