A multiclass, multiresidue method based on ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) has been developed and validated for the analysis of around 150 veterinary drugs in infant formula related dairy ingredients. The included analytes belong to following drug classes: anthelmintics, antibiotics (aminoglycoside, amphenicols, β-lactams-penicillins cephalosporins, lincosamides, macrolides, quinolones, sulfonamides, tetracyclines, others), antimicrobial...
Abstract An online high‐pH reversed‐phase liquid chromatography× low‐pH chromatography tandem electrospray ionization mass spectrometry combined with pulse elution gradient in the first dimension was constructed to separate and identify alkaloids from Macleaya cordata (willd.) R. Br. The modulation performed by using a dual second dimensional columns interface make‐up dilution pump, which is responsible for neutralization of effluent, integrated trapping separation function reduce system...
Teliospores of cedar-apple rust Gymnosporangium juniperi-virginianae were collected from the eastern red cedar Juniperus virginiana, and aeciospores quince G. clavipes fruit English hawthorn Crataegus laevigata. The sterol fractions separated by HPLC, their identities determined 600 MHz 1H NMR. Twenty-six sterols isolated 18 clavipes. principal both fungi was (Z)-stigmasta-7,24(28)-dien-3beta-ol. Other major (24S)-ergost-7-en-3beta-ol, (24S)-stigmast-7-en-3beta-ol,...
