This paper analyzes sensitivity, linearity, repeatability, strain relaxation of Carbon-coated Filaments (CCFS) in resistance tensile to evaluate CCFS’s sensing property. The results show that the relative changes present two stages, change is stable 0-6mm range, while it amplitude increases 6-15mm. linearity better as number filament increasing, sensitivity lower; if same, CCFS reduces twist’s increasing. 12F has poor repetitiveness and seriously flabby phenomenon when greatly.
