本试验旨在研究饲粮n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸配比对育成期雄性蓝狐生长性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响。试验选取48只102日龄、平均体重为(2 370±24)g的健康雄性蓝狐,随机分成4组,每组12个重复,每个重复1只蓝狐。各组饲粮除油脂组成不同外,其他原料均一致。Ⅰ组饲粮中添加鱼油和豆油,n-6/n-3为3.00;Ⅱ组饲粮中添加鱼油和玉米油,n-6/n-3为6.03;Ⅲ组饲粮中添加鱼油和玉米油,n-6/n-3为9.01;Ⅳ组饲粮中添加玉米油和豆油,n-6/n-3为18.04。试验预试期7 d,试验期46 d。结果表明:1)Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组125日龄体重显著高于Ⅱ组(P 0.05)。2)Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组干物质采食量显著高于Ⅱ组(P 0.05)。3)Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组氮采食量极显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组(P 0.05)。综上所述,当饲粮n-6/n-3 PUFA配比为9.01或18.04时,蓝狐可获得较优的生长性能,但从饲料成本和贮存稳定性考虑,玉米油与豆油混合组更佳。
