High-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (HF-rTMS) is widely used to treat depression. However, the underlying mechanism has not been identified, and there uncertainty regarding optimal choice of stimulus parameters, especially frequency. Our previous study in mice demonstrated that 10-Hz HF-rTMS ameliorated depression by inducing expression Homer1a reducing excitability cortical pyramidal cells. The aims this were compare effects 15-Hz 25-Hz a model chronic unpredictable...

The formation of niobium oxide microcones on substrates was investigated in electrolytes. microstructure the layers depends strongly concentration, potential, and anodization time. Microcones can be formed under a range experimental conditions. Electrochemical determination scanning electron microscopy indicate were due to fast expansion volume electric break field. X-ray diffraction results verify . A possible growth mechanism has also been presented basis experiments.

In this work, a new neutron and {\gamma}(n/{\gamma}) discrimination method based on an Elman Neural Network (ENN) is proposed to improve the performance of liquid scintillator (LS) detectors. Neutron {\gamma} data were acquired from EJ-335 LS detector, which was exposed in 241Am-9Be radiation field. events discriminated using two methods artificial neural network including ENN typical Back Propagation (BPNN) as control. The results show that have different n/{\gamma} performances. Compared...

Abstract In the diagnosis of vacuum discharge plasma using Langmuir probe, electron energy distribution function (EEDF) is closely related to second derivative current voltage ( d 2 I/dV ) on probe. While very sensitive probe noise, its accuracy directly affects measurement results EEDF. this paper, a modified AC modulation method proposed improve First, two small signals different amplitudes are modulated measured DC scanning and signal measured. Then, fundamental corrected by spectral...

Zr–Sm (3 at.% Sm) alloy was prepared through a powder metallurgical method. Sm3+-doped ZrO2 nanotube arrays have been achieved directly by anodizing the alloy. The effects of electrolyte and annealing temperature on morphologies structures were studied. photoluminescence properties in aqueous solution formamide + glycerol studied detail as well. Results show that tetragonal promoted efficiency this system. Under excitation at 407 nm, sample annealed 600 °C displayed strongest emission peak...

In this paper, phonon spectra of InSb at different electronic temperatures are presented. Based on the dispersion relationship, we further perform a theoretical investigation thermodynamic properties under intense laser irradiation. The entropy, heat capacity, and contribution to Helmholtz free energy internal calculated as functions temperature temperatures. abrupt change in entropy- curve from Te = 0.75 1.0 eV provides an indication undergoing phase transition solid liquid.
