This study investigates the correlation between climate change exposure and corporate cash holdings. Using data exposed at firm level of 804 unique firms 2002 2022 in six Asian countries (Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, India, Hong Kong), this provides empirical evidence that reserve more response to their change. Additionally, we discover with greater financial restrictions have a stronger positive link hoarding risk. The offered holds up well against different dimensions sample before...

The substrate specificity of purified PKC-alpha, -beta and -gamma has been investigated. A series synthetic peptides based upon the sequence surrounding serine-7 in glycogen synthase were generated used to determine basic residue requirements these PKC isotypes. While PKC-alpha are indistinguishable their phosphorylation peptides, PKC-gamma shows a distinct profile for substrates.

The Ising spin model with random competing ferromagnetic, antiferromagnetic exchange interactions in the external field is used to investigate First Order Magnetization Process at low temperature doped polycrystalline magnetic perovskite Pr0.5Ca0.5Mn1−xMxO3 (M = Co, Ga). Using Callen identity correlated effective approximation, our calculation describes well experimental behavior, which explained by reorientation of clusters and expansion ferromagnetic temperature. origin number critical...

The magnetization process of the AA-stacked bilayer honeycomb spin lattice in out-of-plane applied field is examined framework Ising model and mean approximation. Competition between different kinds (antiferromagnetic: AF, or ferromagnetic: FM) intra-layer inter-layer exchange couplings could lead to first order process, characterized by sharp jumps curves occurring critical external fields (spin-flop spin-flip fields). There only at very low temperature its magnitude depends not on...

We apply classical Monte Carlo simulation to examine the thermodynamic properties of perovskites described by Ising model with competitive magnetic interactions. By correspondingly adjusting ferromagnetic-interaction and antiferromagnetic-interaction probabilities, $p$ $(1-p)$, in regime $p \ge 0.5$, temperature dependence magnetization, total energy, spin susceptibility, specific heat consistently show a ferromagnetic paramagnetic (FM-PM) phase transition at critical $T_c$. Besides, inverse...

In the present study, photocatalytic activity of Ti-SBA-15/C3N4 catalysts was investigated to degrade 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) herbicides in water under visible light irradiation. The were synthesized via a simple hydrothermal method and characterized by various analytical techniques, including SAXS, N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms, Zeta potential, PL, FT-IR, XRF, TGA, UV-DRS. Our study indicated that 2.5Ti-SBA-15/C3N4 had higher efficiency degradation 2,4-D than Ti-SBA-15...

Sixty-six acetic acid bacteria (AAB) were isolated from fourty-five flowers and fruits collected in Hochiminh City, Vietnam. Of the sixty-six, thirty-one isolates selected as dihydroxyacetone (DHA)-producing AAB based on reaction with Fehling’s solution grouped into three groups by routine identification phenotypic features. Group I composed of fourteen was assigned to genus Acetobacter, II thirteen Gluconobacter III remaining four Gluconacetobacter. Ten among gave a larger amount DHA...

Abstract The Anderson-Hubbard model considers the correlation between disorder and other interactions in a strongly correlated electron system. Both correlations drive metal-insulator transition but densities of states behave different ways. zero bias anomaly (ZBA) referring to V-dip shape density at Fermi energy occurs strong interaction regime instead hard Coulomb gap an insulator phase interacting systems.
