ABSTRACT Allergic reactions to intravenous, alteplase have been reported, usually in doses utilized for thrombolysis. Broncholithiasis is a calcification in the airway. Though broncholiths are not common, it even more unusual pediatric patient. We present 15-year-old immunocompetent patient who had broncholith that was found and removed by bronchoscopy.
